I purchased tongs on the 9th December for my mum for Christmas. Unfortunately, she died over the Christmas period so I explained my dilemma to customer services and requested a refund. They said they were unable to give me a refund as the terms and conditions stated you could only return them up to a week after purchasing. I have never known a reputable company only allow this amount of time to return! I wrote to them again stating that I did not think they had shown compassion due to the circumstances and they said they were only able to credit the money to my account although there is nothing else I need.

I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend them.

I ordered a blade for my mini clippers and new comb

How lovely was it to know that my package was given to random person not not on the correct address I did call the company but all I received with message that they cannot help me as it took too long for me to contact them rubbish Fury rubbish

Don't Do It!!!!

Dropped thousands of dollars of salon furniture on the side of the road.

Sent the wrong furniture.

Took 3 weeks to get correct furniture.

Customer Service....when you can get them to call you back.....0

Furniture is crappy and cheap. No instructions, missing parts.....

They need to shut this place down!

Warning Do Not Buy From Them

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I RETURN MY ITEM WHIcH IS FAULTY AND SPEND MONEY TO SEND IT BACK. ITS OVER A WEEK AND THEY HAVeN'T REFUND MY MONEY. BRIAN THE PERSON WHO'S IN the OPERATOR ASSISTANCE WAS HORRIBLE. He IS JUST A big indian fat liar he told me that he refund my money and I did check my account and there is no money then he told me that only little amount. And I told him that it doesn't matter if $ 1 or $50 or what ever the amount is I deserve to get my money back. And he hang's up on me.

Not a little star deserve this company.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME .....

I was horrified to received my mascarra. It WAS OPEN ALREADY AND NO SEALED AT ALL. I called the company and the Indian guy name Brian was no help at all.

Terrible ...Pls. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

Over A Month Hasnt Received Item

They do not reply to emails or calls. Unable to contact them even tho my product isnt being delivered. The service is appauling, would not reccommend this company to anyone. AVOID.

My Order

I am very uspet and angry about a order I placed on 14th September. I put everything in my basket which I required, 10 minutes after placing my order I get an email confirmation about my order. I was not happy with what was on the order confirmation, for starters- I didnt order half the stuff which was on the confirmation, but they've charged my for what I didnt order. Rang the company up on monday 15th September to try and cancel the bits which didnt order and to get a refund for those items, my response I got from customer services was- "Nothing we can do apart from sending you a return label for me to send back to company but I will be charged for the items I didnt order". This is appauling!!!!! I would'nt recommend to a friend at all!

Stole My Money :(

I ordered a few goods from this company a month ago , only half the order turned up however I was charged for all the items , even the ones I didn't receive ! Absolutely shocking customer service , spoke to a number of people through customer services and no one wanted to give me a refund for the items that weren't sent ! So now i'm left out of pocket thanks to Salons Direct , will never be using this company again !

you can dispute the charges through your credit/debit card company. They will refund your money no problem.

Useless.

Delivered my order to a nearby business, and Their delivery man claims to have never left a card. Someone turns up with a card and takes my products. They refuse to take responsibility for this. Very unfair as I have lost my money. Avoid at all cost!

Won't Supply The Products Then Charge For Postage Anyway

Ordered products from them. Waited several weeks.

Then I received an email saying the courier tried and failed to deliver the package. I have a young baby, so am 100% confident I was in each time they tried to deliver. They then gave me an incorrect contact number to contact the delivery guys. The next day when I got the right number for the courier, they said they had returned the package to the suppliers. Because they informed me too late with bad information, it left me zero chance either to pick the package up or arrange another delivery.

Salons Direct then refunded money for the product but not the £6 for delivery!!!

Thus I have been forced to pay money for their mistake!!

Avoid like the plague.
