Placed an order on amazon and never received the product! A refund was agreed and I've still not received it. It's been almost 4 weeks and it doesn't seem like I'm ever going to get my money back! Stay clear of these! Do not rely on amazon reviews!

I had to contact amazon to get the correct phone number for buy allmeans because they don't publish one or the correct one on line lol.. . You get a voice, no name given, no sorry, but at least you get your order sorted. don't rely on the amazon reviews pf this company, they are not as good as they make out

this site is rubbish , they offer you 6 items for £8 ( example ) fish food, but they only send you 1 item, it appears to be the same with a lot of their products, ALSO THEY WILL NOT REPLY TO ANY EMAILS THAT YOU SEND,
will never use this site again , absolute rubbish, I AM REFERRING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS, AND A.S.A.

No Refund Processed After Promises Three Times In Three Week
I purchased an item from buyallmeans.co.uk and didnt receive it so they promised to send another but didnt receive that either and they said "they were out of stock" but I think they never had it when I first placed the order. They said they would refund me but didnt receive it, said again that they would process the refund again but didnt receive it and a third time they said they would process it "by hand?" but didnt receive it. Now they are not answering my e mails. Its a gbood business of getting your money then not giving it back, nice work if you can get it!!!

Absolute Disgrace - Had To Fight For Refund On Faulty Goods.
Sadly, one can not give zero stars.
I bought a fish tank for my son for Christmas. It was set up in January and after a month and a half some small fissures appeared in the sides. After another month, they developed into serious cracks, some of which were starting to leak.
After initially receiving an automated email promising a refund, Buyallmeans then reneged on this promise. No further comms were received from them.
I opened a Paypal dispute, was forced to return the item at my own expense and eventually received a refund from Paypal.
This company is an absolute shambles, not got giving any consideration or service to it's customers. Caveat emptor.

Sent different item to that seen and ordered from website and confirmed in email by BuyAllMeans. No communication whatsoever. Put in claim to PayPal to try and get refund. Don't bother using this firm. Seems to be pot luck whether you get what you ordered, on time, or at all.

Bought an item from Buyallmeans which proved to be not fit for purpose. Told me to return it which I did. Have proof of postage but they say they never received it. Two other parcels posted on the same day arrived very quickly. Refuse to send promised refund.
This is not a company that anyone should buy from.

Very Poor Service And Communication
Ordered some pet food, good price and pleased with discount. Received confirmation would be delivered 3-5 days. A fortnight later order had not arrived. No communication from BuyAllMeans - no response to emails and phone calls not answered. Nothing until I raised a PayPal dispute, then received immediate confirmation of 'refund within 7 days'. This did not materialise either. So chased again on email - no response. So, I escalated the dispute with PayPal and then they finally refunded. Still no apology or explanation.
