I like the the way you keep your prices as reasonable as possible. The fact that you set a date on which items purchased are delivered to customers. I ordered for two items and one of them arrived 2 days later; it would have been nice if both items arrived on the same day.
The bluetooth ear piece arrived and I'm still in the process of setting it up. While in the process of charging, I noticed that the red lift disappeared. I would suggest that the manufacturers redesign the charger up keep the light on, and that could serve as an instant indication that the product is working properly.
Scam!
Wish I had seen the other reviews on this company before ordering. Fortunately for me when I didn't get a ship notice before they charged my card I was able to dispute it with my credit card company so will not be out anything but funds. I was also able to find the same phone cases on Amazon for just a few dollars more and after not having to pay shipping on Amazon the total order was actually less.

Scammed Me Out Of $40
Just like everybody else, I was scammed by The Blue Outlet. Order Book-Book iPhone case on 12/6/12 and have seen nothing from them since, except a USPS tracking number that shows no progress.
I'm also an experienced buyer who got duped. Usually I order on eBay, because they protect you, but I couldn't find one that I was sure was not a fake. The last two I ordered on eBay turned out be fakes. Just trying to get the "real deal" and I get nothing at all.
Just more reinforcement to check before I enter my card number. Fortunately, I don't have any other charges on my card yet.
Interestingly, their email server is still up and running and returning automated responses, even though their website appears to be down.
Live and learn.

Ripped Off
I ordered a a case for my new iPhone on 11/29/12 and it never arrived. I emailed and called them several times w no response. Ended up dropping my iPhone and with no case the screen cracked. Very frustrating. It has been nearly 3 months now and still no response nor item ordered. I called my bank to dispute the charge and was told by the fraud department that anyone who has paid for items not received with any type of debit or credit card should report it immediately no matter how old the claim is. What happens is the Visa/Mastercard/financial institution will reimburse and eventually the companies will not allow this place to accept VisaMC transactions. This will either extremely stifle or put them out of business. Companies that rip people off need to be shut down.
This is the first time I've ever been ripped off for a purchase on the internet and it angers me since my cracked iPhone could hv been prevented if they had given me what I paid for. Didn't Google them to see all of the negative info on here about them. Lesson learned. Want to make sure it doesn't happen to others.

God awful!! Ordered items in early November and did not receive until week of Christmas. The items are defective. No response from Blue! Never order from this money grubbing poorest customer service online company! God help them for taking trusting people's money! They do not deserve even one star!!
