Avoid this company. Purchased some shot glasses which Google showed as being made by Olympia. Once I received the order, I noticed they were not Olympia. I contacted them requesting to send them back, in the original packaging as they have not even been opened. They are now wanting a 25% restocking charge! Which apparently, I agreed to! 

This company is a mistake, they don't respect their customers. they ignore messages and fail to complete the tasks that are theirs. Before I ordered the item from them, I asked them to try to ship it quickly as possible, because I cared about the item and time. Unfortunately, the company confirmed that they would send me the shipment quickly, but they forgot to tell me at that time that they did not have these items in stock. After 7 days, when I asked where my items were, they replied. "Please accept my apologies for the delay with your order. Unfortunately, the gastronomy pan 1/3 have been delayed by the manufacture which has held your order. Once we receive this in the next couple of days, I will arrange for this to be dispatched on an express delivery service due to the inconvenience." My only regret was that I didn't know about it sooner because I had just purchased the same items from another company and asked them for my money back. they replied yes. "Hope you are well. As the current situation with the red sea attacks, we are having a issues with shipments coming into us, we are still waiting on the GN13-200 to come in. the rest of your order is currently being processed in our warehouse and will be dispatched as soon as possible. We wouldn't refund you the delivery as you order was over £50 so you didn't have to pay for delivery.” I wrote to them three more times for a refund but to no avail, but I don't need these things anymore, the items arrived to me after 15 days, they completely ignored my messages and didn't reply at all. They violate consumer rights. What should I do with it? I'm afraid that if I send it back, they won't give me my money back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Leased an ice cream machine through this company and when it eventually arrived it turned out to be faulty. Clearly second hand and even sent a replacement part which was coated in someone else’s old food stuffs when they supposedly ‘repaired’ it!

Took nearly 2 months to get a replacement over our busiest time of year and we paid the lease during this time for a product that didn’t work.

No communication, explanation, or apology from this bunch of chancers despite numerous emails and phone calls.

Dreadful service and a disgrace in their field.

You should be ashamed of yourselves tricking small businesses!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Have waited over 6 weeks for someone to come and repair my Glasswasher that is only just 6 months old for it to be condemned and now being refused a refund as the Glasswasher is discontinued! Rude staff with appalling attitude!

Buy somewhere else.

After a week of waiting and paying for express delivery, nothing arrived. 25min on the phone and it turns out they sold direct from manufacturers not from warehouse as they had told me, they don’t deliver to NI even though they charged me a considerable amount for extra shipping to ni . Unreliable and my advice? Go elsewhere and I should have read the other reviews left by the other disappointed customers before wasting a week waiting for oven racks

Absolutely Dreadful Service – Don’t use Buzz

I chose this company because I was promised a new commercial dishwasher would be delivered the next day.

It was 4 days before it came, and Buzz just said it wasn’t their fault and blamed the delivery company. After installation I found the machine kept tripping the electrics, so after a further call and I was made to pay £163.75 to get an engineer.

They took 4 more days to arrive and tell me the element was faulty at manufacture.

Now told they are too busy to sort my problem now and hope to later today also and that they can’t make outgoing calls because so many are coming in – so I have asked for this one to be collected and my money back.

If you have problems - you will not be allowed to talk to a director and as they work from home and can only be emailed. So, in the absence of anybody in authority who cares I write this review.

Failed to deliver goods ordered on 15th with 3 day turnaround. Then after DHL state not received goods they ask me to review. Failed to deliver and failed to respond to emails.

Hopeless, I guess I will chalk up this as a sham. I wont hold my breath about delivery. Only £60 lost will have to live with that.

It's very unfortunate that ReviewCentre would not allow me to withold all stars as Buzz Catering does not deserve a single one. I manage a luxury kennels based in Essex and to ensure the highest levels of hygiene we wanted a professional kitchen fit-out. Buzz Catering gave the most competitive quotation so we used them, we were lead to believe that we were getting a top of the range pass through dishwasher, a fridge and some stainless steel worktops (which they were even cheeky enough to suggest that they had thrown in for nothing!) The items then arrived and were installed and we requested an itemised invoice for insurance purposes, my requests were ignored by the Director and other members of their team. When an installer came out as I thought there was an issue with the machine they told me the figures that they sell for and it turns out that Buzz Catering had supplied us with their most budget Dishwasher, over charging us by double!! I have asked for refunds of the difference and have been told our order was bespoke but they are all standard sizes and fridges and dishwashers are not even made to order! Even if I cannot receive the money back I hope my review will stop anyone else considering using Buzz for their fit-out!

I have write one review , and you have spoke to the plumber on 2 occasions , is all you have done in your reply is lie , and I am not threatening you with blackmail , I am taking this further through the claims courts , terrible and lies not good enough
