Item Did Not Arrive And Company Did Not Reply To Emails
Purchased a personalised book for a friend. Paid for the 3-5 day delivery but never received any confirmation of dispatch. I emailed them, got a response from a representative saying she would look into it and then heard nothing. I sent a further two emails but never got a response! Awful service! I remain with no contact, refund or idea of where the gift is!

Scratched Chipped Candle
Ordered personalised battery candle as a special first gift. It came chipped and scratched. So disappointed. Only option is to ask for a refund. I will not be reordering this item.

Poor Quality
I ordered a memorial vase for my sister in law. What a disappointment! The colour was totally different to what was advertised online and the top line of the script had black smudge marks across the top of the writing. As this is a personalised item I cannot return it, so I’m stuck with it. I cannot use it as to do so would be an insult to my late sister in law. Very poor quality indeed.

I havta say I was very disappointed with the silver engraved necklace I ordered.the engraving-laser I'm told,just looked crap.the gift arrived in good time.in the gift box,however the gift box had 3 massive stickers on it,each stating the same thing-what was inside,and covered the front and back of the box.once opened,the chain had just been placed/thrown inside.it was a tangled mess and not placed around the hook bits inside the box. I contacted them,for no other reason but for an apology and to see what the craic was with the engraving, and really reassurance that they would ensure packaging would be better,but even the response I got back was pretty crap.couldnt give it as a gift,be too embarrassed at the poor quality.

I ordered a silver plated rose for mother's day, when the item arrived the quality was terrible, there were patches where the silver plating was missing, the petals had not been cut very well and the personalised engraving was barely legible. How it coukd have been boxed up and dispatched is beyond me. I was offered a full refund but this took over a week. The only positive is they were quick in their responses.

Received gift in time for Grandson's birthday, he will be thrilled with it, good quality and exactly what I asked for. I would have no hesitation in ordering from this firm again. I have had no problems at all. You can only give an honest opinion on your own experience.

Terrible service to date. Ordered items before Xmas which hadn’t arrived by the 21st. So chased them
Via email the only method to contact them and was told they were sorry and another item would be dispatched. Chased a further 5 times and still no items.
Seem like a fraudulent company. Who tske your money with no intention to send items.

Ordered Xmas gift for grandson on 3rd December .....after 4 emails to them with no reply it’s now 21st and I’m going to have to run out last minute and buy something else ! Could have at least sent an email to say it was going to be delayed ! Can’t even get through on phone .........very poor and very disappointed

I received a wrong order but wanted to thank customer support who responded to my email promptly, apologised and arranged for my order to be resent. I received the correct goods the next day and in time for Christmas.
