Fabulous Service Every Time

I've been using Flower Angels for a few years now and have had nothing but exemplary service from them. The courier always gives my elderly aunt plenty of time to get to the door and the flowers are always arranged beautifully and arrive in perfect condition. If you have a special request, you can phone up and actually speak to a real person ... something of a novelty these days ... and they will put together a bouquet based on your individual requirements.

For the first time, there was a problem with my order this time around; the flowers I had ordered were out of stock, so they phoned me and explained, asking if it was OK to make a substitution. I had ordered some chocolates to go with the flowers, but they were out of stock too (too close to Valentine's Day!) so they offered to substitute a scented candle at no extra cost.

I would highly recommend Flower Angels to anyone.

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a basket of flowers online for my Nan who was celebrating her 80th Birthday and the process was very straightforward.

There was a problem in transit (Royal Mail delivered) to which the flowers were badly damaged.

I intended to raise a complaint with Royal Mail but in the meantime called Flower Angels simply to advise them of the problem as I thought they should know. The representative I spoke to was friendly, helpful and extremely professional. She took the complaint very seriously and apologised profusely even agreeing that they would deal with the complaint to RM their end and offered to send fresh flowers to my Nan the next day.

The flowers arrived intact and on time. My Nan loves them. I have seen a picture and they are beautiful, well worth the money spent.

I cannot praise the level of customer service I received enough and despite the original delivery problem would definitely use the company again.

Flower Angels Really Deliver!

If the better known Companies have let you down on delivery, quality and value, try Flower Angels. I did and my sister was thrilled with the beautiful, plentiful, fresh display that arrived carefully boxed and on time.

Sometimes, it's those who are doing their best to compete with the likes of Interflora who go the extra mile to gain customer satisfaction; this is essential for an on-line business service and commendable when the customer is a distance buyer.

Well done Flower Angels and thank you for making my sister happy!

What Customer Service?

As a result of all the positive reviews on this site, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother's birthday. I live in Australia and she lives in the UK, so I quite regularly send flowers, although this is a first with 'Flower Angels'.

The internet sales process went without a hitch and the flowers were delivered on time, so no complaints there. However, I asked my mum to send me a picture of the flowers she received and they were sparsely similar to the bouquet I had picked online. Most of the bouquet she received was bulked up with big green leaves, missing many of the flowers that were in the picture. The colours were also very different - I had chosen a pink and pale blue mix but the actual flowers had a few pink roses (that were not very fresh) and some bright purple flowers.

Initially I thought I would send 'Flower Angels' an email with two photos attached - one being the online picture and the other being the actual flowers received and give them a chance to respond. Clearly the content of the two bouquets was very different; this was glaringly obvious from the photos. I expressed my disappointment, especially as the company stresses their exceptional service levels on their website.

Had I at least received a response or an apology, I doubt I would be writing this review now. But they have not even acknowledged my email, which I might add was not rude or abusive, just factual.

So in short, I won't be using this company again and I would suggest you check carefully what flowers they actually send out, as in most cases, the recipient is highly unlikely to complain. And there is evidently not much use in you the client complaining, because your feedback is seemingly unimportant to them.

I Used Flower Angels To Send My Grandma A £5

I used flower angels to send my grandma a £50 bunch of flowers for her birthday. The website was very simple and easy to use and i liked the option to have them choose what arrangement "trust the angels" which I did and just specified exotic and colourful mix. my grandma is very very pleased with what she has received - a mixture of reds, oranges and pinks and some unusual flowers in the mix. Enough to fill two large vases apparently!They arrived on time, the card was of a good quality, they were packaged nicely in a box. I received the text message to say they had been delivered. All went smoothly. What more can you ask for? Would definitely recommend and use again. Simple. :)

Ordered Glen For A Thank-you Bouquet For A Scottis

ordered glen for a thank-you bouquet for a scottish colleague.

When they arrived at the office we were all very happy with the quality ,colours and smell of the glen arrangement.

Website was easy to use and ordering was straight forward. Did get a delivery text which I got an hour or so after the flowers arrived at the office.. but thats quite reasonable.

Only gave 4 stars for customer service as didn't need to call them - so couldn't report on that - but at least the telephone number is shown and you can call them which seems to be more and more unusual in the online retail sector.

We will definitely be using flowerangels again and would recommend to others.

Very Happy With Both The Flowers And The Service I

Very happy with both the flowers and the service I received at flower angels. Very efficient ordering and even got a text message when the flowers had been delivered which i think was a nice touch.

Not seen the flowers myself yet but the recipient has told me they were very very nice. Overall a great experience highly recommended

Took 5mins To Order, Simple Site And Reasonably St

Took 5mins to order, simple site and reasonably straight forward. My brother and sister in law loved the arrangement. Not knowing entirely what I should order - I did take a bit of a gamble with the "trust the angels" product and put a note in the delivery box explaining it was for a baby boy. I thought it was a nice feature as I am bit hopeless at making my mind up. Would of been nice to see more examples of the type of flowers included.

Delivery arrived on time and got a text to my phone. My brother said the flowers were really very nice, "high quality" and very fragrant and that I must of spent a fortune (when actually it was an average amount)

Overall I would say best experience to date with an online flower company - keep up the good work.

I unfortunately seem to have missed this review before ordering through this company. Wish I had seen it first. I find Flowerangel's response below quite amusing...they respond to customer complaints within 24 hours now do they?? Just about a year to the day since this review was posted so plenty of time to improve on customer service issues that have clearly been a problem in the past. So you'd think. Well it has been several days since I sent my email and not so much as a courtesy response to let me know they are looking in to my complaint.

I would like to add, that following your feedback email complaints are now dealt with within 24Hrs even at weekends & bank holidays.

I understand that around the time of this review - our customer services did contact you via email and phone and a replacement bouquet was sent out.
