Sent some roses to my girlfriend's office for her birthday. She was delighted, the flowers were beautifully presented and arrived on time.

I ordered via the internet the day before along with some chocolates and they arrived at 11am the next day.

I ordered some flowers for a friends engagement and they were EXCEPTIONAL, infact my friend was so pleased she sent me a picture to show me. flowers arrived perfectly on time, staff were very helpful especially as i chose to modify the order and attach a gift that i had purchased myself, they were very accommodating. I will most certainly be using them again and my friend has also started to use them. wonderful.

Sending you a complaint about the job you have done. I ordered a DELUXE VELVET mix (as you can see from your confirmation below).

It was my husband’s 50th birthday and it was VERY important flower delivery. Flowers WERE NOT DELIVERED.

Tried to contact you ALL week-end to find out what the Hell was going on, Nobody called me back or answer my e-mail!

Speaking with some of the staff (if there are any) was not followed by any apologise!!!!

The replacement which was sent instead was left at another house

The bouquet itself is completely different colour wise (roses should be dusky pink and hyacinths violet) and different sort of flowers from the ordered ones! (no carnations supposed to be in - picture is included)

The size is not Deluxe (just a regular size, only if a normal one is a tiny pocket one!)

The flowers are not fresh, damaged, palm leafs are broken and dirty (pictures are included)

The box is damaged (picture is included)

ALL in ALL – COMPLETELY HORRIBLE UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE and SCREWED UP EXPECTATIONS!

Tried to order 4 Christmas Hampers from this company, Was reassured they were in stock as I had been let down by another company, the person serving me had me wait 15 minutes on the phone whilst she "Double checked" items where definitely available, then took my order all seemed fine and thought very good until 2 days later get an email telling me the items are out of stock! giving me almost no time to go anywhere else and not even having the decency to Call me and didn't even put a contact telephone number on the email telling me they where out of stock! when I eventually got contact with them I was told the best they could do was an item more than 100% more expensive and not very nice!

Dreadfull company stay away.

I was extremely happy with both the flowers and the service I received at Drake Algar. A efficient process of knowing the process of your order via email.

My friend who received the flowers said they were beautiful and loved them, I was pleased and have carried on to use them when i'm in need of flowers. I would defiantly recommend them!!
