Terrible Experience
I had the worst experience ever in Customer service. TV arrived damaged and I have booked an installation which it cost £25. Customer service was extremely rude and they didn't have it in stock. RLR didn't give me an option of upgrade or compensate for installation engineer and they pay the money back a week after collection

Took My Money, Failed To Deliver, Ruined Son's Birthday!!!
Ordered Dr Dre Beats headphones for my son's birthday. Noted 3-5 day delivery time advertised. After 5 days chased up as not received. Got an email back on day 7 saying that they had run out of stock and I would have to wait two weeks. By this time my son had missed his birthday.
Running out of stock is one thing, but failing to tell me that they had run out cost my son his birthday present.
When I complained they cancelled my order but I notice that they are still selling the same headphones now but with the asking price of £199 instead of the £112 that I paid.
Do not trust this company. Still awaiting my money back but paid by credit card so fully protected.

Beware! I Have Lost Over £650.00
rlrdistribution failed to provide my goods and have not refunded my money. I contacted Paypal to dispute the payment but they informed me that RLR Distribution account has been suspended and there is no money in their account to process the refund. I genuinely believe they have deliberately taken my money with the intent to defraud me and no doubt other customers.
AVOID! You will not receive your goods or your money back.

Still Waiting For A Tv
Ordered a LED TV - Money taken off Credit Card straight away. Received Confirmation e-mail. After 5 days no TV so e mailed. After 10 days not TV so phoned. Help Line disconnected. Managed to get through to somebody on a diverted land line. Was Promised a return call. Again Phone back and was promised a return call. Still waiting ?????

Bought a TV online and received the next day! Their customer service is great and I was able to get the same product as I could have got for a higher price elsewhere so I'm happy. Do NOT buy from this company. I recently put an order in for a brand new toshiba 32inch tv as a present for my mom. Got a call a day later saying that they don't have this tv in stock, and they will give me a replacement. When this replacement arrived (had to pay 25 pounds for delivery on Saturday), the tv was obviously used with serious scratches on it, screws missing, covered in dust and with a dirty base which cudnt even be cleaned. Turns out after numerous phone calls that this is an ex display model! And nobody bothered to mention this to me. They then offered me another replacement tv which had much lower specs. Needless to say, after all the disappointment and hassle, I just cudnt risk it anymore. I'm asking for a full refund and a collection on a Saturday:guess what, they can't do that! Apparently I have to take time off work because they delivered a faulty item. In conclusion: avoid this company at all cost!
The TV originally ordered was a refurbished model which was clearly mentioned in the description. The TV we offered as replacement was also refurbished and was an upgraded model which was stated in the confirmation e-mail sent and agreed upon in writing.
The customer then insisted on a Saturday delivery which no courier will offer free of charge hence agreeing to pay the £25 charge.
This TV was refurbished by LG themselves and would not be approved for distribution by the manufacturer if it had the damages described.
When the customer had used the item for several weeks issues were reported and we offered to collect the item as it was under our warranty.
The customer rejected the offer for a collection as they were always working. We arranged collection to happen around the hours of customers work times but our driver turned up to an empty house multiple times.
Our driver then called the customer to arrange another collection. Again the house was empty and the customer claimed that she did not receive a phone call despite our staff being present at the time of the call.
Finally, our privately hired driver travelled to the London address before 6AM and was caught in traffic, he then phoned the customer again and informed them and was told that it would be fine.
When he reached the address and received an answer at the door he informed us that the customer lived in student accomodation and did not work so was not worried about the time of collection.
These made up special requirements cost us over £200 and when we received the TV back it was worn, scratched and dented by the customer.
In spite of us receiving the TV in this condition making it unsellable we refunded the original order cost.
Do not trust this buyer.
