I Purchased A Washing Machine From Qed And It Was

I purchased a washing machine from QED and it was a very straight forward transaction. I had to wait only three days for delivery.

I would certainly recommend this company.

In The Past I Have Purchased A Dishwasher And A Wa

In the past I have purchased a dishwasher and a washer/dryer (Hotpoint Ultima and Bosch Classix) from QED UK.

Both items were delivered on time and at a cheaper price than elsewhere.

I have today (19/1/06) received delivery of a Goodmans 1104 DAB CD radio - which I purchased from Miller Brothers online - who used QED UK electrical to satisfy the order.

I made the purchase on Monday night at 10.25pm. The goods (which were in stock), had been dispatched to the courier (Citylink) by Tuesday afternoon, and Citylink then took 1.5 days to deliver them to me.

I used standard delivery 4-7 days on the website. You can even choose which day you want the item delivered.

I chose the 18th (knowing it probably wouldn't be) and received it on the 19th. This was fine by me as I had it delivered to my place of work.

What more can I say? Except Miller Brothers and QED UK are a great combination.

The only slow link in the chain was Citylink, although as I hadn't paid for next day delivery or anything, they were actually pretty quick too!

You can also track the progress of your parcel on the Citylink website, so I didn't have to phone anyone to ask where it was etc.

I also received a confirmation of delivery phone call from a chap at Miller Brothers (at 1pm today), which shows they do care about their customers.

I've Used Qed Via The Gold Shopping Service At Llo

I've used QED via the gold shopping service at Lloyds TSB on 3 occasions now.

I've bought 1 fridge freezer from them and 2 washer dryers on different occasions.

I've found delivery to be prompt and it was nice to be given a rough time (AM/PM) of delivery rather than a whole day.

Price's are second to none, I've found it very hard to find competitive prices elsewhere.

The customer support which I've used once was very prompt and easy to use, and your online account keeps a record of the query and the response, and my problem which was rearranging the date of delivery was quickly resolved.

I'm definitely going to use them again.

I ordered a Pioneer tape deck on the 25th October 2004 and this company billed my card immediately. Generally I don't normally use online vendors who do this but I did some checks and saw some very good reviews (of which I now find both highly questionable and suspicious). They didn't have stock so I knew they would have to order it for me. A week later I still hadn't been given a delivery date so I emailed them and asked what the status was on my order. They replied that delivery would be 10 to 14 working days. Twenty working days later and no tape deck or update so I mailed them again and was told that the order was with the manufacturer and they were unable to confirm a delivery date. Why not? I called Pioneer myself and they informed me they had free stock. I relayed this back to QED and they said they would pass this information onto their buying department and would advise me. Two days later and I still hadn't received a response so I mailed them again asking for an update. A day later I received a reply informing me that the manufacturer would be despatching the unit to them within 7 working days. Eight working days later still no tape deck or update on my order so I phoned them. I was then told the manufacturer had put the delivery back and wouldn't give them a reason why or give them a new delivery date. I contacted Pioneer again and when I told them the model of the unit I had ordered the response was: NO WAY. We don't have stock problems with that model. The guy from Pioneer then asked who I had ordered the unit from. I told him and he had no record on their client listing for QED. However, when I gave him their full address he did have a record but under another name. This turned out to be the parent company. He said they had no record of any payment problems with the parent company. He then became a little uneasy and said that all he could say "for legal reasons" was that all orders for that model had been satisfied and they still had free stock. While I was talking to Pioneer I was sent a mail from QED stating that the order was with the manufacturer and delivery would be 10 to 14 working days!! To rub salt into the wound they had also reduced the price on the unit by £7.00 when I asked if they would be refunding my credit card the difference they said no. Apparently they had reduced the price "to allow for the delivery fee of this item." What ????

I cancelled my order and placed it with another online vendor. They didn't have stock of the unit either but it was delivered 4 working days later. The only "positive" in respect of QED was my credit card was credited within the timeframe they gave. I see from other reviews I have been very lucky in this respect.

Qed-uk.com Are Don't Send You The Goods Therfore F

qed-uk.com are don't send you the goods therfore forcing you to cancel the goods. Then they take weeks to refund you the money which they debited on the day of the order, then they say we only refund the money when the courier returns the goods to their warehouse. The same goods say they sent to you but failed to turn up.

I Ordered A Canon S60 Digital Camera From Qed Uk,

I ordered a Canon S60 digital camera from QED UK, which was in stock as per the website, and within 48 hours I had the camera delivered and it's fantastic.

I will definitely use QED again, and tell my friends and family to do the same.

In My Experience Customer Service At Qed Was Poor.

In my experience customer service at QED was poor. They had no interest in sorting out the problem (which could have been sorted in 2 minutes)and they just kept quoting that I had ticked the terms and conditions, (Who really reads these). So you should know that the product may not match the photograph!!

Qed-uk.com: I Ordered A Pvr, Which Was Shown As In

qed-uk.com: I ordered a PVR, which was shown as in-stock and accepted QED-uk delivery date. There was no delivery on the due date so I contacted sales. Was told that the item was out of stock and that there was no date for stock delivery and that I should have been notified.

I cancelled order and will not use QED again. What's the use of a good price if the item is not available and there is no customer communication.
