This company will just take your money and not send your goods.
They will say lost in post we will send you another or refund your money they have no intention of doing this.
After seeing other reviews on this company I am surprised they have not been shut down.

Wrong Order Sent
I ordered a usb charge wire for my Samsung 6 and a new battery pack for it. After 2 weeks of waiting a parcel arrived but contained a white envelope with four huge memory cards in it, which are apparently useless anyway. I have emailed several times but had no reply, phone not answered so reported to trading standards this morning when I stumbled across these reviews.
I have always found Mobymemory to be good value for money and bought all my wires and memory cards from them too!
Report To Police Fraud Team
Ordered Compact Flash card for £101.98. Received three "MobyMemory mobile cards" loose in a white envelope - completely useless.
Company not answering emails or phone and website down.
Reported to Trading Standards, but more importantly, report them to The Police Fraud team as I have. Form available online.

Ordered a memory card (£130 in stock) 2 June and paid extra for express post - 8 June still not arrived, tried to phone - they never answer - emailed and got what looks like a standard reply promising to look into the problem - 12 June despite sending 2 more emails no replies and still no memory card - still not answering the phone.

They don’t deliver but keep your money.
29/01/17 - ordered four memory sticks, expected delivery 4 to 5 days.
08/02/17 - emailed as not delivered. They said that they would look into it, must have got lost in post, will send replacement order
13/02/17 – emailed again. Told replacement order being sent tomorrow.
18/02/17 – emailed again. Told that 2 orders lost in post, new order being sent.
23/02/17 7 24/02/17 - . emailed again asking for refund. No replies.
Web Site has permanent message saying “Telephone - we are currently having issues with our phone lines which is affecting our ability to answer calls. “
They never answer.
Have now reported to trading standards. Next step is to contact credit card company to get the money refunded.
Seems that this is a common problem. Strange thing is that on Trust pilot have have a review of 8.9, but every other review site I have seen has a score of 1 or 2 out of 5.

Ordered an SD card on 9th February, still not received by 23rd February despite sending numerous emails and receiving all sorts of assurances. Tried ringing several times - NO ANSWER!
I wish I'd seen these reviews before placing the order.

Wrong Product Sent Out
I ordered memory for my laptop on July 4th. On the 11th July the wrong product arrived. Twice as big it was clearly not laptop Ram but for a desktop computer.
I rang them on the 11th and was told they would send out a return envelope.
On the 20th i still hadn#t received anything so i emailed the to ask for an update.
I got told the correct product would arrive on Friday. It didn't, nothing did.
Today is the 26th and i am asking for a return envelope to get my money back.
If i don't hear anything i will go through my bank as i paid via credit card.
If i knew the correct item was not in stock when i ordered i would not have bothered. If i knew it would take 10 days to get the wrong product i would have gone elsewhere.

Wish I`d read these reviews before purchasing from this seller.
Ordered cheap USB cable in black on free delivery site promises 4-8 day delivery which was ok. Took 13 days only to find cable was white not what I Ordered. It was the correct spec in all regards except the colour. If I`d wanted white I would have ordered white.
Emailed seller, reply was to the effect hold onto the item and they will send a returns envelope and reimburse my payment.
I`m still waiting for the returns envelope after 5 extra days of their reply to me. I`m not holding my breath.
Due to the cost of the item I think I have got off lightly, at least it works but not what I ordered. They won`t be having anymore business from me.

Next Day Delivery = Posted Three Days Later
Paid for next day delivery as I needed the memory cards urgently. The memory cards were posted three days later as demonstrated on the packaging when I finally received them.
Emails to Moby Memory asking why they had failed to fulfil their obligation in the transaction have so far gone unanswered.

They took payment 10 days ago, but no card. Phone is not answered. I wish I'd looked at these reviews before ordering.
