Simply put from start to finish the worst cutomer service i have experienced in years.

I purchased 120 led drivers from LED Lights Zone less than 6 moths ago. But also purchased 230 led drivers from a rival manufacturer. LED Lights Zone products have already started to fail. So far nearly 20 pieces have failed all of which have been returned to LED Lights Zone for testing and replacement. Despite numerous phone calls to LED Lights Zone and uncountable false promises, not a single replacement unit has ever been sent out. I have had to pay for to replace all 120 units from my pocket costing me thousands in labour.

LED Lights Zone sell you false promises and do not deliver. Is has left mw with no alternative but to take the matter legal.

My honest advise is do not deal with LED Lights Zone, otherwise known as Advance Polymer for anything !!!

Ordered some LED bulbs, said to be in stock, for UK 1st class post delivery. Paid by Paypal. Over a week later no goods had arrived and there had been no communcation from LEDlightszone, not even an acknowledgement. Chased by email. A day and a half later got a note saying the goods were not in stock and offering me a different product. I rejected that offer and they agreed to pay me back. That was three days ago, but still no refund. The replacement products from a competitor have already arrived,and were cheaper! This is a poor online operator that doesn't care about customers and just sits on your money. Don't waste time with them.

I ordered lights from this company with a voucher from living social deals paid for the lights I ordered, didn't receive then. I went on the website to enquire, was given a ticket number was told they would deal with it. After waiting was told they had no lights I would get a refund. Still no refund. This has been going on since 21/8/13.

I used LED lights zone to buy some solar fairy lights after finding them via a groupon deal in January 2012. The deal was for 20m of lights and I thought that they would be good for my wedding that was coming up in May that year. Plenty of time you would think.

I had a little problem making the order as I didn't find the site that intuitive but it was done and everything seemed fine. I realised that their might be some problem with an out of date Paypal account address but after a couple of times calling them this was sorted out.

This issue really was that they were so difficult to get hold off. Calls more often than not went to a voice mail where you could not leave a message because the box was already full. When I did speak to someone, they were reasonably helpful but far from professional.

I was told that my order would be 'added to the priority' posting list but this didn't really seem to have any effect.

Around April, having contacted them a couple more times via email, I had basically given up. Then one day both Groupon and someone representing LEDLZ got in touch to apologise and say that they had been let down by a supplier. My lights were then delivered within 10 days and in time for the wedding which is all I really wanted them for anyway.

It is unfortunate that (seemingly) this company bit off more than it could chew in teaming up with Groupon and getting orders in that it could not deal with. Although they came good in the end I would not use again.
