I ordered a Sony 52" TV on 2 April 2010. The web site was very efficient and took payment no problem. A couple of days later, I noticed from the Tracking / Order details that the order was on hold and this morning, has been cancelled. A note appeared to advise me that Sony no longer had stock of this item and the order had been cancelled. No email or other form of communication from them. It is clear that this company did not have stock of the item and only order from the suppliers when they receive a firm order request from a customer. Yet, they still have it as on sale and available to buy from them on their web site. This is poor customer service and judging by the other comments, this seems to be their way of doing things. I have had to cancel a TV engineer who was due this Monday to mount the TV on the wall. He is not too chuffed and neither am I. Steer clear from this bunch of amateurs.

I Found The Customer Service From Hifi Bitz Disapp
I found the customer service from HIFI Bitz disappointing. Price on product I ordered was incorrect, took 11 days to inform us; then cancelled order due to this error. Incidentally, product now re-listed £500 above R.R.P.

I ordered a sony davis10 from HiFi Bitz on the website, I called sales first to ask about delivery who were extremely helpful and offered me a next day delivery as I rang before 10.30am. I am chuffed with my equipment and would recommend HiFi Bitz to all my friends and family.

I ordered a SONY DAVIS10 on line through Hi Fi Bitz, what a site!
Everything is easy to find - I wanted to specify a day for delivery, I spoke to the sales line who advised I could have a next day delivery no extra charge because I placed the order before 10.30am - I am chuffed to bits with my equipment and wouldn't hesitate to shop with Hifi Bitz again.

I Ordered 3 Cables ( Monster Cable...so Fairly Exp
I ordered 3 cables ( Monster Cable...so fairly expensive) and only 1 was in the package.
I tried to call customer service many times but I think they left the phone in a cave.....
I've sent their customer support form twice explaining what happened....a week after still no answer.

I agree with the earlier post that they only order stock when you place an order , Ive waited 6 weeks for a subwoofer and still waiting .... very frustrating
They dont contact you and keep you waiting as though they dont care
they reply via their email system and are fairly nice on their phone but they dont seem to accept responsibily for the long delays ...only blaming their supplier .... they need to learn better inventory management i think

I love HifiBitZ! They where able to point me in the right direction with their expert advise and was able to find a set of speakers perfect for me and my budget. With so many to choose from it was hard to decide. They delivered them when they said they would. They had everything I could want from an internet shop and more!

As of the 21st June Hifi Bitz is in administration. I'm in the process of trying to reclaim my money for a product that has never been delivered (and probably never ordered in the first place by the looks of things).

I Am Going To Try To Be Objective Here, Which Is N
I am going to try to be objective here, which is not easy. I ordered a projector from HiFi Bitz at the start of February on a finance deal. The finance agreement got lost in the post and I had to resend the agreement. Even considering the few days this had taken me to sort out, this does not account for the delay. Don't expect any form of customer service. Yes the lady on the phone is pleasant enough, but explanations for the delay will not be given. When you phone them they will say next week, the week after etc. They will also not email you or phone as they say they will. Even if the reason for the delay is the fault of the manufacturer, HiFi Bitz are at fault for not informing their customers. In my opinion (and it is just that!) they don't deserve your money. Money is one thing, frustration is another. You will get your item eventually, but technology moves fast and they do not.
I wish I had found this site earlier, as it may have prevented my experience.
