Purchased a muscle massager April 1017, it developed a fault September 2017. The company telephone is not manned and no reply from numerous emails. Stay well clear.

Then emails from the idiot called Venn are not worth getting. Please stay away and don’t waste your money on what you believe is a good deal at time of purchase, it’s not believe me lesson learnt.

The Products They Sell Are Often Chinese/ Japanese

The products they sell are often Chinese/ Japanese versions. I bought earphones (soundmagic E10M) which are faulty in less than 6 months. Hangsun refuse to give a refund, and won't replace them because they no longer stock the product from SoundMagic.

Their customer services are useless too. It's the same guy over and over called Venn. He's totally unhelpful.

Stay Away!

This company is a fake. The phone number on the website is fake, the address is fake, there's no way of getting in contact with them either by email or call as they won't reply. Stay well clear and buy from somewhere legitimate.

Stay Away From This Website!

I placed an order with this company about 2 weeks before going on holiday. The camera I wanted was listed as "in stock" and ready for dispatch within 1 business day. The website also claims that they are a UK based company, shipping from the UK (giving various addresses in the UK such as Norfolk).

After 2 business days, I had still not received confirmation that the order had been shipped, so tried to contact the company. They did not reply to my emails or answer my calls using the details given on the website, but I did manage to speak to someone via the "chat" function on their website. The man I was connected with was rude and impatient, not to mention that he clearly was not a native speaker of English. After several minutes chatting with him, he ended the chat with a message saying that his colleague would email me back.

Surely enough I received an email, again from another person for whom English was not their first language. This email made some excuses about an Amazon warehouse and that the item would be arriving at their warehouse today (the website was still showing as IN STOCK).

All in all, I would steer well clear of Hangsun in the future. From my experience I am convinced that their UK address is just a front for a foreign business and that they do not generally have the stock they claim.

Do Not Order On This Website!!!

I placed an order for a new camera at the end of July, which hasn't been delivered yet so I tried to contact the Hangsun support team by phone, email and even live chat but there is NO REPLY!!!! They took my payment, and I'm really worried now that this website is a Their voicemail is full and they don't reply to emails... What should I do?
