I returned the product to Go Audio with a fault, and it was still under warranty, but the product was discontinued. The initial response from GA was 3 days. I got a return ticket number, and I returned the product. The response from GA was again 3 days. I chose a new product, and I received no response from GA for 3 weeks! There is a difference in cost (the new product costs less). I agreed to the new product and a partial refund, and I have now had no response for 1 week!

Will I ever get my replacement? I think it will be out-dated by the time I get it!!

Go Audio returns are poor to say the least!

I would agree with all the previous reviews as far as ordering and delivery from Go Audio are concerned, but they aren't helpful at all when things go wrong.

I bought a Goodmans 1106 DAB CD Player about four months ago and it has had intermittent faults over the last couple of months. Only certain CD's will play on it without skipping, and the way it responds to the remote control is random to say the least! There has also been buzzing from the PSU.

I contacted Go Audio and told them about the faults. They sent a returns form to complete, and an address to return the item to at my cost.

A few days later I received an email confirming the unit had been received. I immediately received another email and text saying that an item had been shipped. There was no communication other than these automatically generated messages, so I didn't even know what was in the parcel.

What showed up was my original unit. It had been tested and no fault was found. As far as Go Audio are concerned, that's it. If I continue to have problems, they suggest I contact their technical department for advice.

As the faults were intermittent and over a series of months, I am not surprised that they were unable to find the fault in the 45 minutes of testing they told me they did.

Oh, and they sent the parcel to my boyfriend at his work address, (where it had been delivered in the first place), even though I had specified it should be sent to me at my home address. It's a good job I have the same boyfriend and he has the same place of work. I mentioned this to Go Audio but they didn't respond at all. In fact, all correspondence has amounted to a few terse sentences.

So, fantastic service when they're getting your money, rubbish if you want it back.

I ordered a DAB Digital radio from Go Audio, on the basis of a search from Kelkoo suggesting they were the cheapest. It was a Roberts one, and came in at £79 compared to £120 in a major high street department store near to me in London. I placed my order at 10pm on Saturday night, and it arrived at 8.30am on Monday morning!! I can't say fairer than that. Top rating.

I recently lost my PocketPC so, I had to buy a new one. Go Audio were the cheapest but I had never heard of them so I googled and found the 2 reviews above mine. After reading I went ahead and bought it. The package was dispatched when they said it would be and I got text alerts to my mobile for free. Goods turned up, well packed and in a1 condition.

I was going to buy a Archos GMini 400 off amazon, but like the previous reviewer, I noticed the price match on this website. Not only did they match amazons price, they also lowered it by £10!

Why did I go for this website? well, Amazon may sometimes be the cheapest place to buy, but they have been very slow to deliver (on their super saver option). Go audio offered 2-4days delivery free!

I agree with everything the previous reviewer said, they seem to be excellent, but I have to wait until after delivery.

I'm trying to buy a Sony NW HD-1 Mp3 player and although I found the item cheaper on Pixmania.co.uk I decided to buy with Go Audio as the reviews of Pix Mania service have been awful. I was just about to click "place order" when I saw in the "Terms and Conditions" (I actually read them for once!) that Go Audio offer a "Price Match" service. i.e. If you find your product cheaper elsewhere on a UK site, they will try to match the price. I clicked the relevant link and filled out the form with all the details and am now waiting to hear back so will let you know.

Also, terms and conditions are very clear and easy to read. They supply all relevant contact information and even a photo of their call centre!

Another good point is you are not required to register/open an account to buy products.

So far I am extremely happy with the service, but will update after delivery.
