Be Careful Dont Buy
I bought mobile for 400$ on dealextreme next day i purchased they asked me id proof i sent all and they confirmed payment then after 17 days ago they are not shipped item and main horrible thing is no one reply to my msgs i tried lot of times but not responding any one msgs and also not shipping product. they don't have chat service even dont have support emails ,they have only facebook support that also they blocked when i asked about my product see how these peoples my money struck in dx..
if u paid through direct on dealextreme.com then forget your money they never give u r contact u.. . i paid through paypal so i just opened dispute but still pending coz they are not reply to them also ..
Dont buy anything in DX be carefulĀ

Support Is A Big Mess!
I ordered from Deal Extreme EU Direct but I have nothing but trouble with them. The sent the order in 2 packages. One arrived (after 3 weeks... Express Shipping???), but the display I received was defective (DOA).
The second package is being held at customs because they did not include a customs declaration form. I ordered from EU direct and that guaranties me no customs and VAT fee (as clearly stated on their website!

After fling a complaint they replied that I will have to sent back the display to Hong Kong and then will get a partial refund and they will only compensate 50% of the customs fee and VAT, so I decided that I will not sent back the customs form and then the package will be returned (by Belgium Customs) to Hong Kong (if DX included a return address).
It looks like I just lost $105.37 and hours of support-desk trouble to Deal Extreme!!!

Horrible Company To Buy From, Byer Beware!
I ordered a rabbit nightlight for my daughter for Christmas. It was supposed to be sent in ENGLISH Language and it was sent in CHINESE Language (the nursery rhymes and writing on the rabbit were all in chinese!) I spoke to a personĀ (communication was by email on their website which sometimes would take a couple days for a response) initially I was told the situation was being looked into and they would get back to me in 1-2 business days and an entire week went by and I had to email them again.
The kicker to all of this is that she implied that I could download English music or storytelling via the USB port located on the back of the nightlight and then she would tell me to "give it try". I couldn't believe she would expect me to use something in a different language and this was not the item that was described upon purchase. So after multiple emails back and forth with her who was hoping I would settle with what was sent, I told her I wanted a refund. The customer service is poor and she has trouble communicating in English which is obvious in her emails. The item took over a month to get which ended up being after Christmas. I hope this company goes out of business, with my experience the company is poor! I finally got a refund but never got refunded the 12 dollars I spent in sending it back to them. The asked me for my paypal account which makes no sense when they obviously have it since they refunded my money back. I gave them my paypal username (which is my email address) and still havent seen the money I spent to ship it back and honestly I don't expect too. You have to work hard to get a refund with this company, multiple emails, pleading your case and the time that was put in to it all was riduculous.

I Ordered 20 Of Anti-static Plastic Screw Tray/hol
I ordered 20 of Anti-Static Plastic Screw Tray/Holder (For 1.0~1.5mm Screws), but received 17(1.5mm-2.00mm) and 1 was broken. When I requested for a return or exchange what they did were make me go through all the process, like send them all the pictures out side package, picture of the wrong products... and I had to log in to the website to communicate with them and sometimes they did not respond to me on the next day. It took more than a month finally they offered me $15 discount if I keep the products which I spent for $83. or I can return, but I can not send by FedEx or Ups because there is nobody will sign for it that what their policy says. This company will make you go through all those crazy process until you give up.

Never Using Dx Again!
I have never waited so long for a product and refund.
I used to buy small things from this site and find it great but NEVER again.
Firstly my order never arrived and they told me to wait longer. I waited a month before contacting them again. They then told me it was returned to there shop. I asked them to send it again, after they said yes they then came back and said they were sold out and were not getting anymore.
At this same time another product I had ordered (a doorbell) arrived broken and I asked for them to send another one.
It was the same story as previous. They had sold out and could not send an equivalent.
After 3 months and A LOT of back and forth I finally received my refund for the first product.
Meanwhile they wanted all sorts of product information about the doorbell before they would action anything.
I have asked to speak to a manager on several occasions and they will not provide details. They have told me on 3 occasions now they have sent the refund. Too bad its not in my paypal or bank account.
After 7 months I am at a loss as to what to do, but will be assured I will NEVER use this site again.

Shameful Customer Service
I bought several items on November 2013. I received 3 out of 4 packages and, for the last one I haven't received it as on June 9, 2014.
I submitted a ticket on February. Their answer was this:
"We have requested China Post to track this package via offline methods. It's very common to see packages not scanned by destination Post Offices while packages are still normally en-route or delivered. We will get back to you as soon as further information is received from China Post office (usually 1 to 2 weeks).
Please check with us next week. Thank you."
I did not received any further information, just an e-mail indicating the ticket had expired. I submitted a new ticket and their answer for this new one was that it was beyond their responsibility. I was aback by such an answer. Of course, I will never buy there again.

I have ordered Christmas gift for my kids, order was palced and payed for it on 2013.10.25 Still not get items (Now it`s 2014.04.14) half Year passed! First time then I wrote a ticket for it was 2014.01.28, since then once or two times in month, i wrote them that I have not get item, each time i get answer that Dx.com will gona check all and nswer to me in 3-5 days but not gettin any answer 3 weeks or month, later they told to me that it`s all ok and I should go to my postoffice.
Was many times to my post-office for check it they don`t have any information about that package at all. So DX is just pushing time. So at least what I expect from DX.COM is more help for looking for my missed packaged. A christmas gift still is not received and the easter will gona pass too. So don`t trust that website.

I placed one order for 3 2MP IP cameras with audio in and out. SKU: 193402 on the DX.com site.
what I received were 3 different shipments all containing a 1.3MP camera without audio connections.
To get the cameras in my home I paid 3 x $99,99 + 2 x 0,21 x $99,99 (import taxes for two boxes) + 2 x ⬠13,- (handling fee for two boxes) amounting to $377,85.
The cameras are not as described and I want a fair refund of my money or send the camreas back and get full reimbursement. What DX offers is a refund of 3 x $99,99 plus shipping costs and that's it.
To make matters worse, now they are selling the cameras for $72,-. The description is still wrong.
So if you like to order and wait a long time for wrong items to arrive, please do buy at DX.com.

Everything that you dont need on one place. But when you see those ridiculously prices you have buy something. I bought there headphones, unfortunatelly it was broken, but after i send them mail I have new one in two weeks.
