I Had A Horrible Experience. You Will Probably Get
I had a horrible experience. you will probably get the phone you buy and maybe even on time but pray to heaven that nothing happens to it because if it will then brace for high blood pressure, anger, frustration etc etc. as i found out when the phone i bought went dead after a couple of months. they have only one email address and they ask you to send them emails but its just head ache. you will get a delayed reply from them.and it will be completely irrelevant to what you will be asking them to do.
my phone stopped working and it was in supposed warranty. i sent to them and they only offer to give me $5 voucher for a £148 phone.the wanted money to repair the phone which was in warranty. its been 6 months and i have sent them the phone paying for postage myself and i did not receive anything back. they even stole the phone i sent them.
hand on heart, its a genuine review as i suffered sooo much from their hands.

Warning!!!
I purchased a phone from Coolicool that developed a problem with the screen (Dead pixels). I went online to see if it was software related and lots of people had the same fault and had returned to the manufacturer for a repair under warranty. I contacted Coolicool and they requested a video to assess the problem. After receiving the video they offered my $15 compensation which I refused as this would not cover the cost of repair. They then made the following offer.
“Dear customer, You can send it back, then we can fix it ,is that OK for you?”
Since I was required to send the product back to China at my cost and I know the customs can be difficult, I looked into returning the phone to the manufacturer but when I asked Coolicool if this was ok, they responded that I must send back to them to be repaired. It cost £20 to return the phone and after 5 weeks they inform me it is my fault the screen is not working and therefore not covered under warranty “Problem is man-made). Keep in mind the phone is in perfect condition, not a single mark, so somehow I have caused dead pixels on the inside of the phone without cracking or marking the outside and all the other people that have the same fault must also be damaging their phones via magic also. This is a total deception. I paid for the phone, I paid to return it and Coolicool after them seeing the video of the fault, offering my compensation and then saying they would fix it and now they are asking for £75 to fix it. The phone only cost a little over £100. So right now I have nothing and I am £130 out of pocket. Plus, I believe they would not let me send it back to the manufacturer because it is a fake, given the behaviour I can only assume this is the case. I requested they send it for an independent review but obviously they have no intentions of doing this as it would clearly rule in my favour. Also, the phone has not been returned either.
So be very wary of this company. They are looking to trick you at every opportunity.

I bought a smartphone Elephone p-8000.
When ordering add paid 2 years warranty. The initial price 165.98 USD
Delivered a defective smartphone. I sent at my expense for repair 8.95 USD. For eliminating the factory marriage, 48 USD were requested.
To compensate for my costs of the delivered, I received the code for a discount, but it turned out that it can only pay 10% of the cost. After my appeal they said that it is possible and 100%. As a result, the code could not pay anything, since I was informed that payment was not received.
When the smartphone came back it turned out that the marriage was not eliminated. Again sent the entire kit to China for 15.75 USD.
I asked to return me the spent 238.68 USD.
As a result, after 3 months I was offered to simply return the defective phone.
Summary: defective phones, no guarantee, repair is not quality, no one will compensate your costs.

Very Nice Support Team & Fast Shipping
What i liked most it is the support team, which is incredible fast replying and with helpful communication. Also the product i ordered came fast and with good quality, even with some extras! ( it was smartphone so it came with screen protector). I had some questions to the support team and they replied it all with very warm communication, so they make you feel as you are in your house! Nothing bad i could say, i hope to buy more in the future, it was cheap and good, very impressive to be honest!
