Generally a very good company until you run into crooked franchises. If you are planning on pawning your stuff, stay away from the Cape Town branch on Strand Street near KFC, They are well known for switching your gadget's accessories and then replacing them with faulty ones that could potentially damage your device. If you want honest service most of them are genuinely great as I have been a customer with this company for years. Speaking from experience, I ignored my friend about this particular branch arguing that I had been a client for the company for years. When I eventually went in to collect my laptop, I realise that my charger is not the one I left with the store and after explaining to the staff that I would appreciate it if I got back my charger as well, I was told to sit there and wait for at least thirty minutes before being told by the so called manager that she found a better looking replacement. Out of shock I ask to see the replacement only to realize that not only was it cheap, I was still worse off and so I try to calmly explain to this individual that not only is my laptop costly, if ever I decided to sell it, the value would be significantly reduce the value since the accessories were not original. After what seemed like an eternity and realizing that I was not going to get my original charger back I simply decided to leave.
