Poor Service

I was really pleased to find a supplier who could sell me a new glass for my oven door and when I didn't place the order on first looking they emailed me and offered a discount.

I then placed the order and received an "Order Confirmation" and told that I would receive an email regarding delivery.

When I didn't hear anything further from them I emailed twice and received no response. On the third email their response was "Unfortunately your order had been cancelled and payment was made back to the card you paid with.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused."

At no time did they inform me of this order being cancelled until my third attempt to contact them.

Very poor service and will not be using them again.

Had Great Service

I needed my part urgently as oven needed for Christmas day. Was not sure which to order so contacted support, they needed more info which was easily found on the appliance. They found it and guided to the right item to order. Fantastic, all delivered within the time, they had exactly what I needed and we are now back up and ready. Thanks!

Awful Customer Service

I purchased a microwave turntable advertised as being suitable for the Electrolux model I have.

The delivered part did not fit correctly and could not be used.

Tried 20+ times to contact spares4appliances on both of the telephone numbers they provide with no success.

Managed to contact customer services by E-mail but they have now failed to collect the item on two separate occasions and have not yet refunded my money.

In the meantime they asked if i could retract the poor review I published on Trust Pilot - I intend to do the opposite.

Any savings you believe you are making will be more than offset by the time, effort and frustration trying to deal with their customer service department.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I Will Avoid In The Future

Faulty item, but they just said I had ordered the wrong item. However, I have sent them proof that I did not order the wrong part. I am still trying to get a refund.

Very frustrating. I will avoid this company in future.

Been placing orders for about 5months via UK mail JAnuary fine February fine March fine April fine June wrong items and wrong quantity July faulty equipment and poor packing so from now I'm. Not ordering anymore

Never Again, Awful Service

Recently attempted to purchase a carbon filter for a Smeg cooker hood from Spares4Appliances, via ebay.

The item was the cheapest that I could find on the internet, and was delivered in good time. At that point I was very happy.

However, the item delivered was not the item shown in the picture on ebay, nor did it fit my appliance, as stated, and had to be returned. The cost of returning the item was £11.00 which was not included in my refund. The cost of the item was refunded in full.

I attempted to rectify the matter (and obtain the correct filter) via email, but one respondent failed to understand my request and I was later given the impression that the "technical team" would contact me but I was never contacted.

I obtained the filter elsewhere (Charles Hyde & Son Ltd) and received excellent service, and the correct item.
