Failed To Deliver And Won't Issue Refund
I ordered an under counter wine fridge on 1 May 2023 for delivery on 9 May. My partner waited in all day for the delivery which never happened. I contacted the delivery company who were never made aware of the scheduled date. I phoned Myappliances and cancelled the order and requested a full refund, this has never happened. None of my emails are responded to and no refund has been made.
I have contacted PayPal to dispute this and will be starting a small claims case next week.

Read the reviews and go elsewhere, their after sales service is non existent and they really do not care about there customers.

Disgusting Service By Yodel
Ordered my Extractor fan on weds 27th July to my work address Pattrick & Thompsons, was confirmed by email delivery would be Thursday 28th July. A card was left down Page Star Lane but do not know where?. Friday my Parcel was delivered to a holiday company call Thompson. Who kindly called me to let me know. I then call My appliances who arranged for this to be collect and re-delivered to my work address. After several phone calls my parcel never arrived and they could not track the driver, as was not answering his mobile. Called Saturday & was told parcel was back at depot & could not deliver to Monday, many phone calls was made & things told to me about my delivery not turning up. I would never order of here or use yodel again.
Poor Cooker
took delivery of a cooker from this company. Leaks water ? ? ? Various e mails and phone calls only to be told there is nothing wrong with it . If I wanted a water feature I would have gone to a garden centre ! ,no positives out of this company at all now speaking LEGAL. ....
Glass Exploded On Gas On Glass Hob
I purchased appliances in October, with such low prices, i didnt mind the rubbish delivery, but as i was cooking this week, the glass shattered and exploded all over the kitchen. Thank goodness nobody was hurt. Now they are stating that it is because i had not left 7.5cm from splashback, but if this the case then this wouldnt even fit on a standard 600mm unit. I have reported to trading standards.

Amazing Delivery Experience
Ordered an oven and hob package and delivered next day.
Oven was a multifunction one and cheaper than I can find elsewhere.
Will be back for a cooker hood to finish my new kitchen.
Totally Useless!
Took my money for an appliance, gave delivery date,then could not deliver, gave another date, then could not deliver,gave a further date but then said appliance is not available. Totally incompetent!!!

WARNING!!! Do not us this company, appauling customer servive. Representative on customer service was shocking and so unhelpful.
One day delivery is a lie and they do not communicate when the item will be arriving. I had to call 5 times to get any help at all.

Incompetent Delivery
Extremely poor delivery service. 4 delivery dates set so far and FLEX delivery don't see how its their fault that they forget to load the goods onto their vans and keep giving me new dated and they don't show. Extremely poor customer service from FLEX. MyAppliances need to review there contract with them desperately.
Go elsewhere and don't be messed around like I have been or many others have been.
Worst delivery service I have ever come across.
