Gutted, This Company Was Always Tops Of Prices And Delivery
Just went on to look for Jual domestics, and am gutted to see gone into receivership!!
Always so impressed with their prices and service and delivery!
Perhaps it was down to the fact that their warehouse was full of stock, and it just wasnt shifting in the economic times we are in!!
So sad, not just for me but for the many people who worked for them and must now be out of a job!

Baumatic Intergrated Washing Machine
Bought a Baumatic intergrated washing machine from Dual Domestics,Great price including delivery,no problems with ordering or paying for the washer on line,arrived on time,the driver was friendly,polite & very helpful,connected it up ran it to test,wouldn't work,phoned Dual they were helpful,sent out an engineer from Baumatic,The engineer said it was faulty & filed his report,saying I should get a replacement.1 week went past,rang dual to ask when was I to get my replacement,at this point the manager came on the phone,what a complete obnoxious ****.He said I am not getting a replacement because there was nothing wrong with the washer,he looked forward to taking me to court if I cancelled the credit card transaction etc,etc.After a short heated debate & me telling him that if it went to court I would bring the faulty washer with me as proof he put the phone down. 2 minutes later one of his employees phoned me back offering me a brand new replacement washer,which was delivered at their cost a couple of days later.

Cancel Order.
I order a washing machines. After 2 days. I cancel the order. I sent e-mail and phone then. I spoke to David and say. He will do the refund and sent you e mail. A week later. I revised a letter. The company is go into administrator.
I send all the paper work to Barclaycard, But they are not interested.

Well it appears that the company may well now be closed?
The Barnsley, Doncaster and Castleford shops are now all closed and the shops have been emptied not sure about their main offices at South Elmsall and their website is still up.

Jual Domestics Ltd Went Into Administtration 2nd Aug Beware
I ordered my washing machine online on 18th july and was informed there would be a 3 wk wait so i descided to contact them 17th aug to find out when i could expect delivery, i was told by email that they had gone into administrationand would have to contact my credit card company for a refund (luckily they are prepared to issue a refund) what i cannot believe though is that they are still trading!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

WARNING Jual Domestics Ltd WARNING
Ordered a Beko Electric Cooker from this company on 30th June, was told stock expected within a week. Money taken from account on 4th July. During July we called 4 times (once a week) to be kept being told there is a delay with the supplier but the manager is trying hard to get stock asap. Waited and waited to be called on 27th July and informed that the cooker was discontinued and so they'd never get new stock. Offered me a refund which I said yes please to as soon as possible please so we can buy a cooker elsewhere (considering they'd had our money for almost a month at this point but we received no goods I was a bit irritated). The person I spoke to said he would mark the refund as
Happened to be too £350 out of pocket, same excuses re lack of delivery. It a total disgrace.

The person I spoke to said he would mark the refund as urgent. However yesterday (4th August) I called to enquire why the refund is not in our bank yet. I was told the company is in administration and so I will not get a refund. That's 279 pounds we are out of pocket. We are going to write to our bank requesting visa chargeback as we paid with visa debit card, so hopefully the bank can get our money back for us, but I won't hold my breath. In short I would say that if the Jual Domestics ever come out of administration, I would highly reccomment to NOT deal with them. Not unless you want to wait nearly a month for no delivery of your goods then to have your hard earned cash swallowed by administration.

There Must Be Two Jual Domestics
I recently went on line to source a new fridge freezer for my daughter and went to the Jual Domestics web site to view what they had to offer. I read their terms and conditions and noted that they stated that they only delivered to the customers door as they were not covered by insurance to enter the customers premises.
I thought that this was rather strange and would obviously mean that they were unable to sell to any elderly or infirm person but only those who were physically able to man handle a fridge or cooker into the premises themselves.
Having retired some years ago after being employed for 34years as logistical director for a multi national company delivering our products to schools, hospitals and government offices throughout the UK I realised with horror for all of that time I had unwittingly placed our 140 delivery drivers at risk by allowing them to deliver our goods into the customers place of business. I naively assumed that our £25 million public liability insurance would have covered us for all eventualities. I am obliged to Jual Domestics for bringing this mistake to my attention.
As my daughter has a disabilty, which is not immediately apparent, that restricts her ability to lift heavy objects I telephoned Jual Domestics and explained this to a very nice young fellow who immediately said that this was no problem and if I were to pay an additional fee for a two man delivery they would happily deliver the freezer into the house, unpack it so that it might be examined for any possible damage before she signed for delivery.
When I asked what time she might expect it to be delivered I was told any time between 8am and 5pm. This meant that she would not be able to leave the house between these hours, at this point warning bells should have sounded as the delivery address is approx 3 miles from their depot. I was less than impressed by this.
Came the day and the freezer was eventually delivered at approx 4.30pm, the pre-delivery phone call to advise that delivery was imminent never came.Still, let us be charitable and assume that the drivers phone battery had gone flat !
Upon arrival the two delivery men brought the freezer to the door and asked for a signature for the delivery. When my daughter asked would they mind bringing it into the house their reply was we only deliver to the door. At that point she informed them that an extra fee had been paid, for a two man delivery, so that it might be brought into the house and unpacked so that she might inspect it for any possible damage. With a lot of muttering and obvious bad grace they eventually agreed and brought it into the kitchen and unpacked it. After she had examined it she signed the delivery note and still muttering the two delivery men stormed off out to their van obviously upset that they had been asked to deliver into the house.
When I heard of her unhappy experience with the delivery I decided to look on line to see if there was any customer review site regarding Jual Domestics. It was then that I made an astounding discovery, there are in fact not one but two companies trading under the name of Jual Domestics.
The other Jual Domestic did indeed have a customer review site, to be precise there were 260 customer reviews posted on it and although you may find it hard to believe every single one was a positive review.
As if that was not enought to impress me, of those 260 positive reviews no less than 31 of them were singing the praises of the delivery drivers who happily said no trouble and delivered friges, freezers, cookers and even large cooking ranges to kitchens in remote farm houses up narrow country lanes in blinding snow storms even to flats and third floors of tower blocks !
Wow, this was really impressive stuff, 260 positive reviews and not one even faintly negative review, why could`nt I have found this other Jual Domestics company when I was ordering a new freezer !!
Admittedly the wording and phraseology in many of these positive reviews was very similar, remarkabley so in some cases,but this was coincidence was`nt it ??
Now as the Jual Domestic web site I visited very clearly states on it in high lighted text that their drivers are not covered by insurance to deliver into your premises there can only be one possible explanation, that there is a second company trading as Jual Domestics !!
Therefore I have a request to make from fellow reviewers, if anyone knows the telephone number of this second Jual Domestics would they please post it as soon as possible as I already have the need to purchase another white goods product and would dearly love to avail myself of the seemingly decent delivery service that this alternative Jual Domestics offers !!

We bought an LG washer from the Castleford outlet (which we collected from South Elmsall) fantastic washer, terrific price, super helpful staff.
I'm not trying to defend them but I can only relate my own experience
of Jual which was excellent. I am sad that they have gone into receivership because I am wanting a new freezer which I would have bought from them.
Try Jeckel and Hide Ltd (and ask for the nice Dr Jeckel)!

on sunday i ordered a dishwasher on line it was extremely cheap with free delivery. within half and hour of ordering i was telephoned to confirm order and to advise me i would receive a phone call the next day (monday) with a 2 hour slot delivery time for Tuesday. Sure enough on the monday i was called and advised the item would be with me between 8 and 10 am the next day - it was delivered at 9.15 by a very friendly driver called Jamie. So my overall experience of Jual Domestics is excellent and i would definately buy from them again.

Not Worth The Savings
Was attracted by prices and professional website.
Ordered my freezer online sat 18th, received email confirming receipt of my order within minutes which stated i would get a further mail soon confirming acceptance of my order. I never got this mail, although i was contacted by phone the next day to confirm my order and arrange delivery for fri 24th. I was also told that i would get a call the day before delivery with an approximate 3 hour delivery window.
I was never contacted with time slot info, but didn't worry as had taken the day off friday anyway.
I waited patiently till 3:30pm on friday, then called Jual helpline to confirm my delivery was on it's way, i was told it would be with me within the hour....great.
The delivery NEVER turned up.....no phone call to apologise or anything.

Where do i Begin.
Ordered fridge freezer from local shop at Barnsley. Price for same/simillar model not much differance from Argos, Currys, Dixon. Chose them because of free delivery. Delivery is the problem suppose to deliver tuesday checked at 16:00 delivery van broke down but carrying on with delivery no signs at 22:00, contacted next day to deliver by 15:00 still no signs, demanded money back. had to wait 28 days. What a load of rubbish. No customer services whatsoever. Will not use again & stongly recommend nobody else to use them
