Dont Trust Them To Send Your Order When They Say It Will Be
Hi all I ordered 3 items on 02/01/2014 and paid in full £1,250.00. I was promised all items about 4 days later they never arrived on the day so I rang up and was told that my order will be delivered the following day so 1 full day wastied was told that microwave had been damaged so only 2 items could be sent out . I asked a manager to call me I never received a call back. I was then told that the microwave wasn't in stock contradicting the damage microwave I took delivery of the microwave today 23/01/2014 3 weeks after paying for the items it arrived damaged and was offered £15.00 compensation .

I bought a SONY Bravia tv KDL55W807 for £1029 ,went all the way from Oxford to the store ,as it was a pick up only deal.Fast and easy transaction in store .
Got back home ,started unboxing and. That's where it started.
Power cable were unpacked ,hanging on the top of the tv ( where it should have been originally wrapped tight in a plastic bag attached at the back of the tv) ,the power plug that goes in the power socked were obviously used ,marks visible on it.
I phoned Hispek to tell them what I got ,they did get back to me as after doing some investigations ,saying that it is impossible and it never happened before .
I phoned SONY to find out how it comes in the package ,they said it's definitely not the way it should be and I need to find out with company why.
But all that Hispec offered me ,was to bring it back all the way down from Oxford again .
Which means waste another half of Your day ,when there's two kids at home.
I am very disappointed as I paid for brand new Tv and got a possible customer return , ex display or else ,which of course according to Hispek wasn't .
After my last email to them which was a week ago , they never got back to me .
I would never buy from them again .
Also a WARNING for these that comes from far away for in store purchase, I would recomend to check the item while in store , so You won't end up like me .

I bought a vacuum and I am still waiting for the delivery after almost one month. I phoned the company and they said that they were going to deliver immediately. There's no communication on when you will receive your order. Really dissappointing!

Ordered a Samsung Soundbar, wasn't the cheapest online, but at least they had stock at a good price. That, combined with Quidco cashback, gave a deecent price. Customer service was good, delivery took 3 days and turned up handily with my TV & Blu-ray from another retailer.
Very happy with my purchase and with the service.
