TERRIBLE MACHINES!!!!! Theyare both arrogant to converse with lack good business ethics & all round mannerism is of a 7 year old. We are left with a machine that is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE & with no assistance from this company at all. Happy to take your money but dont want to know when things go wrong. Disgusting customer service will hang up on you, blind transfer you, shout at you on the phone. avoid this company like the plague people!!!!

I purchased reverse osmosis filters from this company but the filters that they sent were different from the ones on the website and even the replacement filters they sent did not fit my filter. They have been absolutely useless in dealing with my issues and have refused to reply to my emails or letters. Avoid this company like the plague. Terrible customer service. There are much better water filter companies around with better quality filters in much better customer service

Ordered a replacement filter. One incorrect item received. Two emails sent to company to try and resolve the issue and not responded to. Two phone calls made, a repeated email sent and then a callback promised with a response before 5pm - callback not made. A final phone call chased by myself and the MD accuses me of lying about the delivery and giving me a lecture about the unpleasant people in the world. How is this company in business? Distressing and worrying that there are people operating like this. I’m seeking assistance for this; I would unreservedly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Like many others, I get my filters from emwc and they have been great. I have had no problem installing them and no problems changing them over every 6-8 months. The price is consistent so far and I am happy that they call me to let me know im due another replacement which is a nice touch.

Thank you for a working water filter. The last 2 I bought broke within days, I thought it was me but my son is a professional plumber and he said they were installed fine, the quality of the filters was the problem. Your filters work great, thanks again.

East midlands are probably the biggest water filter company that I know of and they (so far) have held up to my standards in providing a good customer service and an all round good quality product that has lasted me 4 years and 8 filters so far.

Great filters that seem to last a lot longer than the 6 months they advertise.

I have bought many items from eastmidlands over the last couple of months as I am upgrading my plumbing and other such things in my home. Some of the items I purchased didn't come with installation manuals so I gave them a ring and they promptly sent me an email with all the instruction manuals needed.

Using water softeners for a few years now from EMWC and they are consistently good products. Haven't had to deal with any problems and they are just quick release filters so just in and out every 6+ months no problem.
