This still has not been delivered.
The company telephone does not answer.
This company do not reply to emails.
Reported to credit card company as potential fraud and claim lodged.

Will Not Honour 12 Month Guarantee
will not honour 12 month guarantee beware!
i purchased an indesit ID60G2X gas cooker in august 2019 and in early may this year the oven started to just randomly switch off during cooking.
if i keep the temperature high all the time it seems ok [for a while] but as soon as i attempt to reduce the temperature, the oven just cuts out.
i emailed them on 18th may to explain and to ask them to either repair or replace under the terms of the guarantee.
on 19th may i received this reply:

Your user manual will provide troubleshooting help and a number dedicated to the service team – the service team will assist in sending an expect engineer to resolve the issue with your machine.
The manufacturer will take lots of information from you in relation to the issue you wish to report and suggest the best remedy from that stage. Alternatively, the information can be located by visiting the online link below;

i replied [same day] explaining:
legally, i have a contract according to the Sale and Supply of Goods Act, and that contract is with you, the retailer/seller
, appliance direct, are the people who i paid my money to, and not the manufacturer.
Any rights that i have against the manufacturer, such as a warranty, are in addition to my legal rights in consumer law.
and so i don’t have to rely on that.
a customers first port of call should always be the shop or company who supplied/sold it to me.
in other words.... i purchased from appliance direct NOT the manufacturer.
since then i have emailed 6 times asking for an update, and advice on this faulty appliance.
they have sent an automated email saying they will be in touch with 48 hours.
NO REPLY WHATSOEVER!
please think very carefully about buying from this company, because its obvious the 12 month guarantee is useless.
because once they have taken your money, they just are not interested and have zero interest in after sales customer care.
i now have the hassle of reporting them to trading standards, and seeking legal advice from my solicitor.
is it really worth losing customers, over such a small issue?
i seriously don't know how company's like this expect to survive, and personally, i hope they don't
they operate in an unfair and illegal way.

Do not use them. Customer Exasperation not Service They cannot organise a simple thing like a delivery correctly, or comply with their own promises. With such poor service one wonders about the quality of the products too. I have reached the end of my tether. A good price is not a good price if it is accompanied by Exasperation and wasting my time. Today I have been driven to cancel my order and demand a full refund of my order. Under the sale of goods act, covering internet purchases, and the 14 day cooling off requirement. I cancelled with reluctance, all I wanted was competent Customer services and delivery as requested of decent quality intact goods. Could not even get that.

There are some bad reviews of this company here but I have to say my experience of them has been absolutely excellent. Cheapest price on the Internet , helpful sales staff, next day delivery - on time, time slot for delivery and no problem with the product (Toshiba Smart TV). Couldn’t be better. And I promise this is a genuine review. TV arrived today.

Had I read the earlier reviews not sure I would have ordered from them, so hopefully I wasn't just lucky in having a good experience!
Ordered hob, dishwasher, double oven and kitchen tap. All arrived on time and they were exactly what I ordered. I did order a cooker hood a few days later but the confirmation came through showing a newer model/number (same price, etc). However, after finding this 'newer' model online, I didn't like the look of the new model and was a bit annoyed they had changed without consulting me. I rang as said didn't want this model so they cancelled order and refunded.
I rang to confirm this would not happen with my main order and they said all items where as ordered. When they arrived, I did check each model number before the delivery was completed, just in case. They were all fine. So apart from one hiccup, was happy with rest of order.

Product was okay, just the Delivery team caused damage to my property and then lied and denied it, the delivery company and Appliances direct refused any help
Disgraceful cash grabbing dont give a jot about the customer type of company, avoid like the plague

Following a catastrophic whole series of, 'non deliveries', of an item, this company made it abundantly clear that they had no interest in resolving the problem.
Their M.D. does not lower himself to answer letters from mere customers, even when sent recorded delivery.

My Personal Disaster Of 2013
An attempt to purchase, and have delivered, a washing machine from this company proved, confusing, irritating,frustrating, and finally impossible, with a TOTAL lack of correspondence on their behalf throughout.
Next how do I obtain a refund?
Be advised by an experienced victim, AVOID AS YOU WOULD THE PLAGUE!

Poor Customer Services And Delivery
I was only ever given an estimated delivery date and was never contacted to date. I was only contacted 24hrs prior to delivery and when I contact customer support they refused to help (Thanks for nothing Frances) and wanted to charge me £44 for a new delivery date.
I was then forced to take a day off work to receive my goods, which then turned up 5hours after the delivery slot I was given.
I will never order from them again and hope no one else has to deal with Frances from their customer support who needs to learn the meaning of helpful.
