Value For Money
All Good - Highly Recommended
We were lost in the jungle of kitchen appliances and were getting quietly lost and very confused. The advice we were given and the help in deciding which appliances were suitable for us (how much and what type of cooking/washing/storing/freezing etc.) was invaluable. Price was obviously a factor, so having shopped around, the guys were flexible in matching the odd price that was better than theirs. Delivery was flexible and they stored our appliances for three weeks, because our builder had a small problem that held up our extension. All in all good service and advise, coupled with great value for money.

Perfect Service And Communication
The prices are the best online and the help and communication was almost overboard in making sure you knew exactly when it was due for delivery. I recieved an immediate phone call after ordering online wich was a nice personal touch.
I would definately recommend any appliance to others and would happily order youm them again. First class!
Do Not Use This Company (well It's Just A One-man Show!)
I have written a review a year and a half ago now and was stunned to find this company is still in existence. To cut a very long story short, we bought a dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor, freezer, microwave and fridge for our new kitchen through this company. Lovely at first THEN we began to realize all was not well (please read other review. Having investigated the address (P.O box!) and after our kitchen designer spoke to her contact at the company that manufactures the goods it was discovered this man (Frasier) had run up credit with them, bought our goods, took our money and manufacturer was never paid. This is how is able to uncut everyone - he never actually pays for the goods, just runs up credit, takes your money and prob then flogs them on! PLEASE, HOWVWER CHEAP IT MAY LOOK, do not continue to give this man custom! How he is still trading is a mystery!
Dead Clothes Washer And Dishwasher
Had them out on two different occasions . Nelson, the tech figured both problems out and worked diligently and quickly to repair them. Not cheap but very satisfactory work by this friendly employee.
Rip Off Avoid. I Got My Money Back, Here's How
No point in writing a long one, because the other reviews make it very clear to avoid this company totally.
Thanks to previous reviewer Yousef_Rifai, whose advice I followed and which led to me getting a refund.
The way I was treated reflects the other reviews. A continual stream of promises that came to nothing. I can't tell you all I did to get my money back in detail because the same tactics cannot work again, but here is some hopefully helpful information:
Firstly, don't back down. Keep a stream of emails up with them, when they hide behind pathetic things like 'we've got thirty days to offer you a refund', don't feel frustrated. Tell them that banks can act after 15 days (This is what First Direct told me). Tell them that you have taken advice and are working to your timetable, not theirs. Contact the links/numbers below... this is what I did, I battered them with a constant series of emails pointing out their faults and NEVER accepting a promise... I told them I knew their 'real' address. The money came back pretty soon in the end.
1. Here is another address you might need. I can't tell you how I found it, because if they read this, then they will know how to hide it. The address is
152 Godinton Road, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1LN. United Kingdom
2. Get to know the Consumer Protection Act and quote relevant parts of it to them (use [email protected]). To get this advice call 0845 4040506.
3.Register the issue as fraud at www.actionfraud.police.uk This is really important as the Police need to build a case, the more complaints, the more likely they will act.
4.Call your bank. Even though I used DEBIT card (stupid of me), my bank offered to put the money back in my account after 15 days of non-activity from the seller and then they would take it up with the seller. The lesson is, if in doubt call your bank. Also, your bank know when to act and how to act, so use them.
Hope some of this helps, however, if you are reading this before buying, do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.
I am glad you got your money back. I wrote to my bank even though I used a debit card, they asked me to show that I tried to get my money from any appliances and failed. I sent them the information and how I tried to contact the trader, I also pointed out that I reported this trader to the police, customer advice and action fraud. The bank returned my money. I strongly advice everyone to do the same.
Beware - Scammers
I bought a £1200 American-style fridge freezer for our new house from this shower. As fate would have it, I had to cancel since they could not deliver on the day that was required. Initially, I had promises that I would get a full refund. After a week and no refund, the phones weren't answered and no answers to my emails, so alarm bells started ringing. Suffice to say that they also ignored a solicitor's letter that was sent.
To cut a long story short, I had to go through my card company to reclaim my money - which is what I'd suggest others who have fallen for the claims of this website do to have any chance of seeing their money again.
I'm guessing that the two glowing reviews here were written by those who run anyappliance.co.uk.
Shameful.
STAY WELL CLEAR
No Dishwasher - No Communication
I ordered a Seimens Integrated Dishwasher On the 17th April and recieved an email confirming that payment had been made and confirming the order.
On the 23rd April I had recieved no communication about delivery dates so I rang the 0808 number and got a recorded message which said leave a message and they would get back. --NO call. so I sent an email-- No reply
On the 25th April I tried 6 times to ring and got the recorded message so I sent an email (as a reply to the confirmation email) that they had sent me---No reply. I decided to cancell the order and sent an email asking for a full refund (this should be 2 working days according to there own term and conditions.
I then started to investigate the company. It does not appear in the Company house register. The address is a mailbox address and the company that run the mailbox address informed me that they no longer accept mail for this company (but the address is still on there web site).
When I looked at my credit card statement I noticed that there was a telephone number (01278 777279) next to the statement entry I rang this number and got directly through to a man. He assured me that the dishwasher was being sent to his distributers for delivery Thursday 2nd may, It did not turn up. So I rang him again on friday, He said it was being sent on, on Friday for delivery on Tuesday 7th May It did not turn up. I have since tried to ring him on the 01279 number and now get an answer machine. I have left messages but have not recieved any communication.
I have not recieved a Dishwasher and there has not been any reference to a refund. So it looks like I will have to contact my credit card company.
If you are reading this before making an order then think carefully
THE CHOICE IS YOURS
The information you passed is very interesting. I advise you to report them to the police, trading standards at (0845 4040506) and action fraud at http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/, A few days a go I reported them to the police who were very helpful and is passing the information to the fraud investigation team. The trading standards ask me to send a registered letter asking for my money and if I did not get a response I can try the small claim court. They did not realise that it is a mailbox. The more people report this the more likely he will be stopped and the more likely people will get their money back.
Do Not Order - He Will Take Your Money!!!
Try ringing the phone number before ordering - it is an answer phone & they will not get back to you. It is a one man band who will happily take you money but you will never see a delivery from him. If you must try them make sure you pay by credit card as they then become equally liable for the money. DO NOT pay by debit card or you will lose your money!!
There is no address on the website & the only address online is a PO Box.
Judge For Yourself
I ordered A CDA EVG9BL Designer Angled Chimney Cooker Hood Stainless Steel And Black Glass from them on 29/02/2012. I got an email confirming my purchase and the £348 was taken out of my account including £38 delivery fees. A week gone by and the good was not delivered. I tried to phone them but no one answered the phone. I tried at different times of day and different days of week. I sent an email and got a respond on 12/03 that a man will chase the delivery. I responded to him asking for the date of the delivery but got no response. On the 16/03 I asked for the order to be cancelled and the money returned. I got this response, very quickly: " The order you refer to is now cancelled and your refund will be processed as soon as possible.". I sent an email on the 29/03 asking for the money and a confirmation of refund. I got this response the next day: "Further to your email, I am informed that your refund will be processed in the next few days.
As soon as it has been confirmed we will send over an email confirmation."
10 days after the email, the money has not been refunded. On 8/04 I reported this company to http://www.actionfraud.police.uk

Value For Money
Fraud - Clearly Fraud
I ordered 5 Bosch items from their website on 29 Nov 2011 costing over 1,800 pounds, as most people mentioned here, never received anything.
Emails, phone calls, times n times.... no reply ... never get through. Left voice messages...again no call back..
After reading others' reviews I finally understand their tactics are getting your payment first then leave you with no reply. Occasionally you may luckily get a response from them telling a delivery date which eventually nothing would happen. Cunningly on some other occasions they send damaged items to the buyers then there is just no way you could get any exchange or refund.
Regret I did not see the reviews previously, now not only I've lost the money but also all the long waiting time... I was hoping to move in to my new house this weekend but now ...
My only hope is to report them to the bank and police, but not sure if the bank could compensate me under their insurance policy... Appreciate if any readers here could give me some useful suggestions and help.
Fraud - it is clearly a fraud, pls report them to the police if you have the same problem
