Do Not Use!
Bought an alarm clock which kept resetting itself making it useless. Contacted customer service explaining it had only been used a couple of times in the month we had it but they insisted we returned at our own cost to be checked, but we would not be refunded this postage (this would be about half the value of the item). Several mails later it was clear they were completely uninterested in their customer.
SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND BUY ELSEWHERE!

I ordered a mop no email confirming order no email to say it had been dispatched, delivery was quick though, mop was faulty took ages for anyone to reply to my emails (no phone number anywhere) eventually after an aggressive email they responded after 2 weeks then took 10 weeks to refund me and that was after 6 emails chasing my refund not such a great deal after all

Persistent Spammer
I don't know how they got my e-mail address, but they send me spam almost every day. Their e-mails have an apparent "UNSUBSCRIBE" option but it is not a real link and does not work. They ignore replies to their e-mails saying UNSUBSCRIBE.

Dealtastic do offer some decent products at low prices occasionally but the true cost of buying from them is that you will be bombarded with email offers from them every day forever- no matter how many times you click unsubscribe!
Not only that but if you receive a faulty item or simply wish to return an item, you might as well FORGET IT! Because there customer service is no-existent.
Not To Be Truted At All
Would score minus 5 stars if I could. This is probably the worst company ever - i do not know how they have not been shut down. Avoid at all costs. They will bombard you with emails and completely ignore their own privacy policy when you unsubscribe. I hate this kind of company - they deserve to fail. The only problem is they probably will, but not before scamming lots of customers first. Avaoid, avoid, avoid. You have been warned.
Damaged Item Delivered-emails Bouncing-phone Number Invalid
I bought an item from this site recently, it took two weeks to be delivered, when I did receive the item it was damaged beyond repair because they had not sufficiently wrapped it to prevent the delicate item from being damaged in transit. I have tried emailing the company but the emails keep bouncing back with the message that this is a permanent bounce back. The telephone number that shows up on my bank statement is not a valid number, and the online contact form does not make them contact you either. All I want is for the broken item to be returned to them at their cost and a new one correctly packaged to be delivered to me intact.
Is that too much to ask for?

I just bought quite a few items from this site.....I got the products within 5 days which is better than most online retailers and they really are great value. I bought some copper pans, toys for the kids (plus batteries) and some other items for the house

Terrible Company, Beware!
Buyer beware! Dealtastic debited my account for over £180 worth of goods. They placed the order under a "fraud review" without any communication or explanation and ignored repeated polite requests to either fulfill the order or refund my account. After almost 3 months I had to contact my bank who issued a chargeback against this unscrupulous company. They caused me no end of hassle and I'll never buy from them again.

Ok Until Problems Occur
I've bought a few times from these guys, after checking that it was in fact a good deal, and apart from very long delivery times, it's been ok so far.
However, recently they had an offer on "laptop/tablet" stands. The product page clearly stated the stand was suitable for a laptop, and even gave a maximum weight, which was beyond what a MacBook Pro weighs - pretty heavy. So I went ahead and bought two, one extra for a friend.
When they arrived, it was immediately apparent that they are in no way suitable for a laptop - they are simply too small. They would not work even for a 13" laptop.
I have since sent 4 emails over the course of 8 days, all of which have been ignored.
I guess they are playing the "ignore them and they'll go away" tactic.
Similar comment.Got product but necessary software missing. Been correponding through their "Customer Services" link, not even the courtesy of a reply let alone a solution.
No Phone number published either.
How are these people allowed to trade here. Where are the Trading Standards officers and consumer watchdogs ??
