I order an eye serum and have not received it and u charged me 6.95 i want my money back if this is how u do business it is pretty crappy I had ordered Cezaria and this eye serum popped up and i had to ordered it.

I placed an order on this site. They said they would follow up with payment instructions. That’s weird enough, but then I never heard from them. I contacted them several times through email and their website, and never got anything back. After reading other reviews, don’t bother with this site. The prices look good, but it’s not real.

Good name for the company, as have heard nothing, so definitely HushHush. Their customer service does not exist

I purchased an iPhone 6 and on the description they stated the item wouldn't hardly have no scratches, it was completely terrible and had to deliver the item back. I sent the phone back straight away within days of receiving it. I have not yet received my refund and its been almost a month, this website is very terrible DO NOT TRUST IT. They have no problem accepting your money but can't refund it back, the communication with customer service is absolutely terrible. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE AT ALL.

ordered wine 22/11/16 nothing has arrived however my credit card has been debited on that day for £59.00.

Ordered this for my mum but it never arrived. voucher went through fine but no response even after I sent numerous emails. Thank goodness for PayPal!

Definitely don't buy anything from hush hush!!!

We ordered an electronic car for my sons birthday. Redeemed the voucher and thought all was well. Three weeks later still haven't recieved the car! Emailed customer service and they said they would investigate and reply. That was a week ago! Still no response! We have emailed again and no one comes back to you! There is no phone number for this company a nice get out for them! We have contacted our bank and the payment has been taken. Thankfully we have used our credit card and hopefully can claim it back. Terrible company, terrible service. They are pretty much just taking people's money! It's not right! Will be reporting them to trading standards.

Ordered product nothing arrived despite several emails being exchanged this company deserves no stars

I hope they try to sue me for saying this .

I bought a pair of shoes they did not arrive

Tried to email all bounced back no phone numbers

Logged in they claimed I had not purchased any items

Contacted my credit card provider shoes were paid to hush hush.com

So I asked for my money back

Glad I paid with credit card because if I had paid by Debit Card I would have lost it

People please do not waste your money buying anything through this company, they have no communication, nor customer after care when something goes wrong or you don't receive your order, up to this day I never received my goods I bought from these people nor did I get my money back, I purchased a phone from hush hush end of July and I never received the phone I have written numerous times to hush hush and I never get any response, I have been writing to the third parties involved and I don't get any response neither, it's a shame that these kind of people get away with taking people's money and still see them running their business like everything is fine and still doing the same over and over again, I wish I could give them a zero cause they don't even deserve a 1 at all, people to save yourselves trouble and hassle stay away from this so called hush hush website, better websites out there were you actually receive the things you buy
