Uninterested Customer Service!!
I can say that I am a loyal customer for choicestationary as I shop from their website for more than four years. However; recently seems like they are not interested in sell or there are some problem with their managements.
Recently I bought a new printer and placed an order on their website but, when I got the ink all of them were popping out, so I decided to call them before placing an order but, the person on the other side did not like to help as if she was so uninterested to talk or help (customer service) and when I asked her to give the phone to her manager she directed me to her colleague which she wasn't any help at all in-fact she tried to be a teacher and correct my English instead of helping me.
NEVER GOING TO BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

After owning a pair of GStar jeans for less than 3 weeks, purchased from Choice who have shops in Lakeside, Bluewater, both Westfields, Canary Wharf and Romford plus a website I noticed that there were 2 holes and a stress rip at the back.
I returned them to the Romford branch where they would not refund on them until their head office had looked at them as they could not work out how the holes had appeared even though one was on a seam. They said it would also take 2 weeks to get back to me (even though the head office is only a mile down the road). As far as I was concerned there was a problem with the waxy type denim.
After a week I contacted the head office only to be told that 'We don't refund on rips'
I challenged this load of bunkum and told them that I had not ripped them and that the fault was in the material. I told them that if I did not get a refund I would hand deliver a letter to their owner Laurence Davis informing him that he had 7 days to refund or I would take court action.
Two days later the customer service dept told me that they were sending the jeans back to GStar in Holland to which I objected. I told them that my contract is with them and not GStar. They then informed me that as their contract was with GStar they were within their rights.
After some more emails back and forth and with my last one being ignored, I decided to litigate.
They did not contest the summons and eventually paid nearly twice the amount back because of costs, without going to court.
I have first hand story's about the poor customer service from this group. I have spent a lot of money over the years with this company, but now they have lost me forever.
I wish I could give these idiots no stars but unfortunately I can't.
So do yourself a favour and stay well away from their shops and website.

Please, please please if you are reading this...DO NOT go with Choice. This is the second negative reveiew i have written about them...and it only gets worse. I had previously paid a bill...for the items mentioned above just before i went on holiday. When i got back..i checked the website..and it hadnt updated itself. So i phoned the company, and the man told me that i was clear for this month and the website takes a while to update, and to just wait on my next bill. Well i rang up today, and some girl decided to tell me that i was infact in arrears, and the guy on the phone must have got 'confused'. I dont care about how much i have to pay back, that doesnt bother me...its the way they treat you, and i find it disgusting.

This Site Sells A Range Of Things In Which My Moth
This site sells a range of things in which my mother ordered a jacket from about two months ago. The coat was £60 and when it was ordered (which took ages to get through the site as it was very unhelpful) it wasn't shipped on time and arrived a few days late, it was also not up to standard quality for a £60 jacket and didn't look that much alike to the one in the picture, when we rang up to complain and ask for a refund they were rude but we sent it back claiming full refund and postage costs. A few weeks later we started receiving letters from the company saying we hadn't paid for the jacket, there was an interest charge and two other charges adding up to over £72 which was appalling, we had sent the coat back, we rang up and complained in which they were rude again but agreed to cancel the statement. Do not use this site.
