absolute rubbish service ...ordered binoculars before Christmas ...No sign of them no reply from e mail or when calling can only guess they've ceased trading DO NOT ORDER from these people !
They are not providing a service and cannot even be bothered to speak to their customers...

Don't Buy From This Business.
Purchased a pair of binoculars from Scopes and Skies just before Christmas which were faulty. Managed to contact them at which time they advised me to post the item back to them (they would refund the postage costs), which I duly did. Since that time I have been unable to contact them either by e-mail, phone or through PayPal. Can only assume they have ceased trading however their website is still up and running. Please note they also trade under the name A10 Optical.

Deal with this company at your own risk.
If the order goes through without problem and they have it in stock and it delivers successfully that's great. But if there is a problem then wave goodbye to your money.
After my delivery was returned to them because the courier tried to deliver it to an incorrect address, I called them six time, I emailed them a dozen times and wrote to them twice.
Net result? They kept my money and my goods and ignored me.
Since the problem occurred just before Christmas, by the time I realised they were rogue traders it was too late to get a refund via credit card.
That was a few years ago, but looks like nothing has changed. Note that they do not have a Facebook site or any independent review facility. I think this speaks volumes.

Helpful And Friendly Service
I purchased a Meade telescope a few years ago for my son and delighted with it, so when ordering our own scope having checked all offers and websites decided to try Scopes n Skies again. Helpful advice on what to buy and no pushy salesmen. Ordered on Weds and paid extra £4 for guaranteed delivery. Duly arrived on Friday in perfect order. The only downside was a second smaller parcel with mains adaptor did not arrive till a week later and called twice to check. However all fine in the end. For price and service I was more than happy and would recommend to anyone. Thank you to Scopes n Skies as well for their guidance and help in choosing the Skywatcher Goto 130p

Beware Of Shipping Address Policy
I ordered a telescope as a Christmas present on Saturday...ten days before Christmas. As we have recently moved house I paid for the order using a debit card that was registered to my old address but requested delivery to my new address. I received a voicemail message asking me to call them on Friday, but by the time I picked up the message their office had closed. I called on Saturday morning and was informed that they had been trying to get hold of me all week and was told that my order had not yet been despatched. The reason was that I had requested delivery to a different address to my billing address and their policy is to speak to Customers who request this to check that this is correct. This is the only online trader that I have ever had this happen with and it seems a pretty unique policy to these guys. I ended up cancelling my order out of frustration at the fact that they don't inform you of this policy at the time of ordering and I felt they tried to blame me for the delay in the order by saying that I was the only one of their Customers that week that they had had problems getting hold of.

Great Customer Service
I purchased a monocular for my Mother's birthday which was deliverered quickly, and when the product was faulty a replacement was sent the next day. When it was not exactly what my Mother wanted she was able to speak to Scopes and Skies on the phone and they exchanged the product for her and refunded the difference in price, all with free postage. Great customer service, thank you!
