we bought a rc boat of this site they were quite happy to not waste time taking your money but as for the boat ....... no sign AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Dont answer messages , phone calls or anything ! and the phone number on the site says its been disconnected..... just wish i had looked at reviews first

Worst service ever. Ordered a car for my sons Christmas but still hasn't arrived. I've had to go through PayPal to try and get my money back. The website says 24 hour dispatch this is a load of rubbish I've been waiting 6 weeks and still no delivery. The phone line they give you to contact is the same as their fax machine so you can't speak to them. I've also tried emails (7 to be precise) and they don't answer. Don't make the same mistake as me AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Ordered RC helicopter on 18th December 2012 hoping to get it for Xmas. Still hasn't arrived as of 7th Januray 2013.

They do not respond to their online web form, they have no email address, their telephone number is permanently connected to their fax machine and they do not respond to their faxes.

I have lodged a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back and have contacted Consumer Services with a view to complaining to Trading Standards.

I hope that others find this website before even considering buying from this company.

I ordered a remote controlled helicopter, 24 hr dispatch but yet 3 wks later nothing, no answer from emails or phone so I have re ordered it from another company. I have also launched a dispute with paypal to try and get back my £50, I expected a delay as it is Christmas just wish i had read the reviews on here first gutted!!!!!

Placed my order 8 days ago and there is no way for me to contact them:

- on-line form -> do not answer

- phone -> doesn't work (I hear strange sounds)

My advice: do not ever buy from them

I will have to ask my bank to get my money back (£100)

Ordered a remote control boat for my daughters birthday. No dispatch email, no way of tracking the parcel (as stated on website), no way of contacting by telephone as number on website does not work, no replies to any emails. Absolutely awful. No customer service. Complete nightmare. I have no idea how we will get a refund for the £60 we paid. Gutted

I was desperately trying to find a perfect fathers day present to cheer him up over issues that have been going on and i paid 400 for two planes one he could wreck and practice on and one he will have to fly perfect

i ordered my products on the 8th June 2012 thinking more than enough time to have it for fathers day its now saturday 16th June and fathers day is tomorrow and i have nothing to show for him,

i have emailed them twice and no reply, i have phoned my bank to try and get my money back and its just been one big mess please please stay well away from this company and not make the same mistake as i did, whats worse is i am in ireland and havent got a clue how to get my money back please avoid this company!

This company is hideous. The RC Tank that we bought for our son's birthday arrived damaged. We've tried desperately to contact them but this company is so clever at evading customer complaints that you cannot even send them a direct e-mail. Any phone calls you make go straight to an answering service and the recorded delivery letter that we sent has, as yet, produced no results. My advice? Leave this company well alone. The customer service is non existent - just the way they intend it to be!

Ordered and paid for a remote control helicopter, not arrived, not answering e mails nor telephone messages. Sent recorded delivery letter but that was sent back "addressee unknown". Disgusted at the customer service or lack of it, have reported them to the fraud Squad.
