RCPlanet is a great place to shop. They are very knowledgable and very easy to communicate with.

I purchased several parts from the website on a Tuesday, paid $27.50 for 2 day shipping as I needed the items for the weekend - all items were indicated as "in stock". Received 2 nice confirmation e-mails... On Wednesday evening I get a call and e-mail stating my order would ship on Friday and deliver the following Wednesday AND several of the items were on BACK ORDER .... Who are these guys!!! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, and I will NEVER order from them again. Service like this - they need to go out of business and leave the market to companies who VALUE customers !!!

Claim to have 50000 parts in stock when in reality it is only 10000. Straight from the mouth of the manager. The other 40000 parts come from second source vendors and warehouses. So the parts you order that say they are in stock most likely wont show up to their warehouse to be shipped any faster than you could just order them from someone else. I placed an order and talk to a CSR about how long until the items would go out and he assured me it would be right away. AWhen this didnt happen and i contacted them i was treated poorly by CSR, HORIBLE by the return sales manager and even the manager tried to belittle me. In the end i cancelled my order. Shop else where RCPLANET.COM SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer Service is almost as bad as Best Buy...I was charged for an item that they do not even have in stock, Ordered on 12/17 for shipping on 12/20, called on 12/18 to let them know this was a gift please do not include invoice (also in order notes). I was not told that they did not have the item in stock and it would not ship as indicated until today when I called to check the status. First the customer service person says it's going out today then checks again and comes back to say they don't even have it and are hoping to get it today....But they did charge my card for the item and shipping on the 18th.....FAIL.

You don't even know what you're getting with these people. I ordered a helicopter and it eventually came but had a voltage socket different to the UK's. Was an embarrassment for my friend's son since it was a present and he couldn't even use it. They know they've got international customers yet they didn't even have the dignity to write what voltage the outlet is on the helicopter page. Stupid.

RC didn't even bother to help me and just to show you what kind of careless people work there, they kept referring to me as 'Sir' when my name is Rosie.

Careless, uninformative, not buying from them again.

I've had two orders with rcplanet and both were shipped within 2 days. Their site was very easy to get around and they kept me notified by email. They sent me an email each step of the way, what more can you ask for? I also have called in with questions and the guys I've talked to know their stuff and are always very helpful. Would recommend them to anyone!

I wanted to purchase the new Traxxas car for my son who was turning 16 for his birthday. I could not find this vehicle in stock anywhere until I came across the rcplanet.com site. RC Planet showed the vehicle in stock which I doubted since it didn't look like it was released yet. I contacted RC Planet customer service and talked to Todd. It turns out the car was in stock but it was fairly late in the day and they had stopped processing orders for guaranteed shipping that day. I told Todd that I really needed it overnight for the birthday party and he promised to make that happen for me. I am writing this review as thanks to RC Planet and Todd for making my son very happy on his birthday.

Extremely poor customer service and shipping. I placed an order on Monday for items listed as in stock. I selected 3-day shipping so that I would hopefully get the order by Friday. On Tuesday I got a message stating the order wouldn't ship until Thursday (4 days to ship), meaning it wouldn't arrive until the following week. While this was inconvenient, I was willing to accept the delay. On the date the package was to arrive I checked the tracking information and found that the shipment had been returned to sender (UPS wouldn't put the batteries on a plane?). I contacted the seller and was told they were reshipping. I asked for either next day delivery or a refund of the money I paid for 3-day delivery and got no response. So, it is now 10 days after the order was placed and the items have still not been delivered.

People get the word out! Rc planet takes your money and blames the shiping carrier they lost the pacakge! simply horrible! If you think other wise and have good luck with them then thats you, but my expirenince is that still have not reccived my "replacment parts" for a couple trucks i have. parts all added up to around 50$... I was planning to buy over 500$ of parts and a kit, from them! not anymore! its been over aprocimently 30 days! I have called them and all they tell me is ....sorry i know it sucks but theres simply nothing we can do for you all you can do is wait......BS!!! give me my money back! thats what you can do! So it smiply comes down to who you want to order from. if i had known this would have happend i would of payed a little extra gotten it from my local hobby shop(HINT,HINT). this is your warning! stay away!

We needed this HPI 73829 by overnight. While we shopped other sites who claimed to have in stock and provide overnight delivery, when called upon they said they cannot ship before 3 days. When we called RC Planet, Lucas helped us with various shipping option as well as set us up for overnight delivery - which we got the next morning. We are very happy with this experience.
