Do Not Order From Tigerdirect !!!
-False and illegal advertising on their internet site. (products not really in stock)
-Lying employees answering at call center.
-no compensation whatsoever for having a bad customer service
Here is my story :
I ordered a 1000$ desktop computer from them because the price was good and it was said to be on stock on their internet site.
First of all, that was not true. They don't actually have it in stock, it was confirmed to me by the company who build them. (IBUYPOWER)
I am canadian and ordered on their canadian site (.ca) saying it was on stock in Ontario...wich is false again as my ordered was processed in the US.
So instead of taking 2 to 5 days to get delivered as it was said on my order confirmation, it took 18 days. While I was waiting the extra time, I called almost everyday to know where was my computer because the UPS tracking number they gave me was WRONG.
Being unhappy with the service, I asked for any kind of compensation to make me happy again as a token of respect to their customers. I was only offered 18$ refund....18$ out of 1000$....are you kidding me ... it doesn't even cover the shipping cost they were charging in the first place.
Then when i finally received my computer, it was DOA (Dead On Arrival) meaning it was NOT working at all.
The next day i called back to get a refund and a printable return label to be able to send it back to them without having to pay the shipping.
I was answered that I'd get the e-mail shortly... One week and a half later...still no e-mail from them,...
Had to call back AGAIN to get the same answer ,from a manager this time.....
In conclusion, I will have spent a lot of time and energy dealing with them and all that will have happened is :
- I have lent 1000$ to them for more than a month.
-Not getting any product in the end ...
-Rejection to my request to get any kind of compensation for their bad services...
Do Not Recommend!
I do not recommend ordering anything through this company!!! I waited a week to find out that what I order at the time was supposedly in stock, actually wasn't. I had also expedited it and after waiting a week, I decided to contact them and get some information as to why it said my order hadn't even been shipped yet. The man I spoke with was very eager to get off the phone and told me he would try and find something out and send me an email. I received that email 4 hours later for it to read that he had to cancel my order because product wasn't actually in stock like stated to be.

I Think You Will Like It As Much As I Do
I’ve been a long-time customer for many years but am finally writing a review. If you dislike having to shop and just want your stuff at a good decent price, this is the place to get them from. Nice selection and good prices, and someone actually answers the phone when you call. They have lots of stuff you just don’t find anywhere else.
They Had Great Prices, But It Didn't Matter Since
They had great prices, but it didn't matter since I never received the parts. I spent almost $1600 and then they told me I had to wait for at least 75 days to get my parts. So far, I have received no parts and no money back. This place may work for you but I will not give them my money again.

Tigerdirect Double Billed My Debit Card For A Vide
Tigerdirect double billed my debit card for a video card purchase I had made. The 128$ overcharge was more than I had in my account which sent it into overdraft. The resultant fees plus the fees for several very small local purchases I had made totalling less than $20, added up for a total of $280 in overdraft and late fees. The "CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER", after admitting complete fault and responsibility for the "WHOLE" situation informed me that their "POLICY" would be to pay only the initial $35 fee, even though he again apologized and admitted fault for ALL charges. I ate $245 in overage fees. My bank manager said she had never seen such business practice.
