i bought kettle from their webside and they sent me a foulty item. i wrote an email but the didnt respond to me, i call them but nobody answer the phone. stay away.

We had problems at first with delivery,but was eventfully sorted and they were very fair.

Super speedy delivery, great price. The service was faultless.

Ordered a set of saucepans as a Christmas present and they were delivered less than 24 hrs later. Not only a prompt service but also the cheapest price that I found for the same item on other websites.

First microwave I received wouldn't stand up without wobbling. Checked the bottom and one side was all bent out of shape with the sharp end of a screw sticking out. The door was difficult to open as well due to this damage. I had to contact Pricelover by phone as their online contact form doesn't work I'd you haven't joined as a member on their website. They offered a refund or exchange, great. I stressed that I didn't want another damaged one and was told they don't check items in the warehouse so couldn't guarantee anything! I really wanted this particular item though so I agreed to accept a replacement. They collected the damaged one a few days later stating collection between 9am to 5pm, saying they couldn't specify any further (even though their deliveries are one hour time slots!) Finally collected at 4.15pm, then had to wait another few days for the replacement. Upon checking the new one, we found that had a huge dent on the top! Could not believe it,was so angry! I contacted Pricelover again to ask for a refund and a specific collection time/date. They did apologise but again said collection could be any time. They then told me I could drop it off at a collection point! (Why didn't they mention this when the first item needed to be returned?!) I dropped it off then had to wait over a week for my refund. DON'T BOTHER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Great Price and Service/Delivery, very easy to deal with and no problems encountered whatsoever.

We would definitely recommend to friends and relatives and will use repeatedly in the future.
