Purchased a replacement screen with £20 next day delivery in December 2016. Item arrived faulty so I contacted laptopscreenonline who assured me that they would send a replacement the next day. The replacement arrived 4 days later (Royal mail 48). I emailed laptopscreenonline and informed them that I had now missed the repair deadline and would be returning the items to them as per their websites T&C's and requested a refund. Item was returned and I have proof of delivery and a signature via Royal mail. It's now March 2017 and no refund... I have tried contacting laptopscreenonline via email and telephone but to no avail.

Lost My Money
Laptop screen was faulty. Returned the screen, but no-one available at this Company to sign for my recorded delivery parcel. No response to any emails, nor phone calls over a 3 week period.

Clueless
Ordered a 15.6 30pin replacement screen for my Acer laptop with £7.99 next day delivery.
Screen arrived by Royal Mail promptly the next morning. Opened the box to see it was a 40pin screen and of absolutely no use to me, with an invoice sat on top of it stating exactly what I had ordered.
I now have to return it 2nd class recorded at my own expense.
Pretty poor in my opinion. Won't be using again, and will recommend you to try somewhere else.

Avoid. Worst Online Experience In Many Years
I ordered a laptop screen wit this company which arrived within a few days. So far so good?. The screen was 2mm too long and 2mm too thick. Basically they had sent me completely the wrong screen. Emailed them to tell them this and was advised to return the screen to them and they would send the correct one. Fair enough. Posted the screen back to the address they advised me the following morning, Recorded Delivery at a cost of £6.30. Received an email from them about 2 hours after I posted it, saying they had changed address and to send it there instead. Advised them immediately that I had already posted it to the original address they advised. They replied that it was "No Problem". Waited a few days then checked Royal Mail Track and Trace which stated that the item was being "Returned to Sender". Emailed them back and asked why this happened as they said it was "No problem" in their previous email. They told me to resend the screen to the "new" address. Advised them that I had already paid once for them sending me the wrong screen and suggested they send me a Replied Paid Box to return the incorrect screen and to send me the correct screen promptly as a quick repair was required.Their reply was "resend the screen". Followed up with another email, "resend the screen" was the reply. Was not prepared to spend more money for their shortcomings so emailed them to inform them I was taking this up with my Credit Card Company. No reply. Emailed again just before I posted the forms to the Card company to give them one more chance. No reply. So, sorry for the long story, but I STILL have the incorrect screen and my credit card company is dealing with it now. AVOID at all cost(In my opinion of course). NB Ordered the CORRECT screen from Ebay for £5 less, arrived 2 days later and you guessed it! It was the CORRECT screen. Try taking a leaf out of other companies ethos of The customer is always right!!

Terrible Customer Service
My husband purchased a new laptop screen from Laptop Screen Online. Because we were in a hurry to receive the screen, he paid the additional £7.99 for Next Working Day Delivery. When the screen did not arrive by 17:00 the following day, my husband contacted the company by phone and was told that the delivery might be as late as 19:00. However, the screen did not arrive until the following day. At this point my husband emailed Laptop Screen Online and told them that they owed us the £7.99 because we did not receive the merchandise on the day we paid extra for. It has now been 9 days, and we have yet to receive a response from them. It seems apparent to me that Laptop Screen Online charges extra for Next Working Day Delivery, but then does not pay for that delivery themselves, trusting that, more often than not, deliveries will arrive the next day regardless, and assuming that most customers will not pursue a complaint if something does not arrive on time.
I then emailed them the above paragraph, telling them I was giving them the opportunity to redeem themselves prior to my posting on various review sites. Nine days later and I have still not received a response.
We will not be using this company again, nor would we recommend them.
