The pricing looks great, but on going to the checkout I was to be charged £10 on an order worth £170. That's no longer competitive at that price, I can get the goods as cheap elsewhere with no surcharge. Didn't see a mention of this in the terms and conditions (though it might be buried in the small print), but fortunately it pops up on paypal's checkout screen.

You get through checkout, select your payment method (e.g. Amazon, PayPal or credit card) and get hit with a 6% surcharge for using one of those services.

No longer cheaper than buying on Amazon.

Nonoe of this is mentioned in their FAQs on ordering.

Ordered a phone case, after running through froogle to find the best price.

The next working day delivery by parcel force for FREE.

Goods were as expected - item was packed ok.

My only comment is the payment screen was poor, I thought I noticed sagepay mentioned, but the site was referring to a ".BIZ" address for payment that seemed out of place. - trying to add a comment and the page and it re-set / failed to proceed.

SUGGESTION: Add paypal as a option if you cannot get the payment provider screens right, or use your own domain to process or a clear link to the sagepay site.

i ordered a TEAC CD player so that i could play mp3 files, ordered as sgtandard 3/5 day delivery but received it the very next day!! excellent quality and service.

I ordered some HP RAM from ILGS - the website indicated 3x in stock, when processing we were offered various delivery options. Guaranteed next Day @ the ridiculous price of £26.00 + VAT through to 5 days. The order was urgent so I paid the £26.00. I was called the next day to be told they do NOT have 3x in stock, they are "rotated" and those 3x were not available to me - the leadtime was 2 weeks. Which translated means they order back to back with HP, leadtime 7-10 days. The person that called was patronising and ignorant. When I asked to speak to his superior he said he was the most Senior Member of Staff at ILGS so I either had a jumped up admin boy or the actual owner (both scenarios a worry).

This place is a joke. Go to eBuyer, Misco, Scan etc. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. You will only be disappointed and then insulted.

I Found ILGS when browsing goods on amazon market place. Whilst i had reservations at first in dealing with ILGS due to poorer older reviews, i contacted them for reassurances and I'm so glad i did as it turns out you can't always believe what you read and there' 2 sides to every story.

My experience of dealing with this company has been excellent, All staff i dealt with are very friendly and polite. They shipped my order very quickly and followed up with a call to confirm my goods where on the way and when they would be with me. Prices are very competitive with some of the main stream suppliers such as amazon, dabs, ebuyer.

The delivery costs seemed a little high but the turnaround service i received was first class and happy to pay for it.

I would use again and will certainly recommend for future use, if you don't wish to incur additional credit card processing fees use debit cards there is no charge.

nice price for a wireless card for my system but then I got to the delivery section... £18 for a tiny box weighing 300g.

They will rip you off with delivery.

I didnt order from them but surely this is a massive rip off to any customers and anyone who pays that amount for postage are fools in themselves

I've decided to avoid ILGS and told everyone to do so.

They don't actually stock half the goods that they claim to. They sucker you in with cheap prices, charge your card for the money then send lying emails saying 'ooh suddenly ran out of stock' or 'ooh, that product is on the top shelf in the warehouse and we can't reach it'. Bottom line they'll take your money for a week or so, not provide the goods and eventually refund you.

Very difficult company to deal with. The staff were rude and very unhelpful. BEWARE, they have a restock fee of 35% of the cost of the return! AVOID! Buy elsewhere for peace of mind and a quality service.

Arent ILGS wonderful..

Well, unfortunately they aren't, they use unofficIal pricing feeds on their site and carry no stock.

Basically they advertise for sale any product they can and they WILL send you a standard 'Not in stock in our European warehouse' CREDIT NOTE if they cant source your product for less than you pay for it..

Oh, then they make you wait 5+ DAYS FOR YOUR MONEY TO BE RETURNED...

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
