This Place Is A Total Scam

I placed an order in August, paid by electronic check as that was the only choice given at the time.

The payment was taken out of my bank acct in a few days. In a couple of weeks I received an email stating my item was on back order until October 7. I could either wait it out or request a refund. I did not want to wait it out, so I sent an email requesting a refund like the original email stated - guess what - no response. Sent another email a week later - guess what - still no response. I went to their website and sent an email again in late September - you guessed it no response. I have been on their chat line twice - the first time I was given a phone number for customer service. Left a message for them to call me back - again - no response. I just got off the chat online again, now I am being told that my refund is being processed and I should have a check in 3-4 days. They were having operational issues for the last week and it was causing a delay.. Funny that I have been trying to contact them for about 6 weeks or better with no response. I tried calling the number again today and it states the number is out of service. Imagine that. I plan to write to the better business bureau in Alpharetta GA and file a complaint. I can pretty much guarantee I won't have a refund check like the online chat girl states. It is also pretty funny that everytime I have to use online chat the girls name is Michelle.

Don't risk losing your money to this company. Pay a few extra bucks and buy from a reputable company instead.

Circuits & Things: Your One Stop Digital Shop

I have been having this problem with my Acer laptop since January 2011; my adaptor sometimes has its own mind in terms of functionality. There comes an instance wherein I have to flip and slightly twist the cord connection from the adaptor to the power socket just to make it work. At first, it was tolerable. I have not encountered any difficulties with circuitsnthings online store. I got my goods delivered through UPS within service level agreement. And I’m very happy about it. Their customer service even called me up to confirm if I already received the item that I have ordered. So far i got no problems with them. In fact, i already have a follow up order, a 150mbps wireless broadband router.
