Ordered replacement hard drive 4 May and it arrived mid day on the 6th of May

So, I had no problem with this Company.

Ordered a new motherboard on the 26th July.

Contacted them via email on the 7th August as hadn't received item - NO RESPONSE.

Contacted again on 9th August - NO RESPONSE.

Just checked emails and an email from Worldpay refunding my money!

Obviously held onto my money for 2 weeks with NO intention of supplying me with the item (WHICH IS IN STOCK!).

If anyone wants my advice - STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

Placed my order on 06/08/2013 and waited 24 days to be told my package was cancelled.

Three times I phoned for an update with them telling me it was on its way, the final and last time I phoned they told me the order had been cancelled and a refund had been given to me.

I had to phone to find all this information out they wont even tell you if your order is cancelled after waiting 24 days with no information given.

AVOID.

Like most others I was drawn to AQA on the great prices they list - however, that should have probably served as a warning. Anyone who claims to sell products for 10-20% cheaper than Amazon is probably not going to honour that price. As it was a bit of an unknown entity, I did a quick Google search and saw some good reviews - again, possibly slightly naive on my part.

Ordered the product early August. Told delivery would be 7-10 working days. Received nothing 12 working days later - emailed them and they responded same as the customer below (supplier messed up, delivery coming shortly). Waited for the new delivery date (another week), no delivery. Emailed, no response. Phoned, no answer.

Have now emailed to say cancel the order - still no response, no refund. Thankfully, I ordered by credit card for this very event. However, be aware that not all credit card companies will allow for section 75 refunds when paid through agents (such as Worldpay - i.e. here, or Paypal or through Marketplaces). On Tuesday, it'll be time to find out if Tesco Bank does!

Avoid AQA at all costs - they won't honour, won't respond and it's simply not worth the hassle.

Ordered a printer (£236.69 + VAT) on 02/08/2013 with 7-10 days delivery.

They have since ignored all calls & emails from us. Also all items have been removed from their web-site. There is two companies trading from the same address AQA LAB (UK)Ltd & Aqa Labs Limited with two different directors.

Now trying to contact credit card company to get money back.

Positive reviews on here led me to place orders with AQA labs. Huge mistake, they have not delivered any of the items, emails and phone calls are ignored. Possibly a fraudulent seller. You have been warned.

I found this company on Google Shopping when looking for computer parts as I'm building a new PC. They had lowest prices (even including the delivery charge!) on most things I needed but unfortunately all (?) hard drives and memory modules were out of stock, which meant I had to to get them elsewhere for a higher price.

Even though they wouldn't be processing orders until the 2nd of January, I placed my order on the 30th of December with economy delivery (2 to 4 working days) and paid by PayPal. It was delivered by ParcelForce on the 8th of January, which was on time.

Only after I had already placed my order I thought of trying to find reviews and found absolutely none, which was a bit worrying, although it's understandable if it's a new company. Hence this review.

Also, I sent them an email on the 7th of January about the status of my order but only got a reply 2 days after - which is fair enough, considering that I received it the day before and it was on time.

Overall, I would definitely recommend them and will be ordering again should I ever need to upgrade my PC - if the prices stay as low as they are!
