I Ordered A Ssd From This Company And Like Everyon

I ordered a SSD from this company and like everyone else received an Email informing me it was now not in stock despite showing stock on the web site, and yes they had took my hard earned cash. I did a bit of digging to discover that this was their normal way of scamming your money. They also ignored my Emails, telephone calls etc. The business is being run from his house which if he had the stock he claimed to have would be of mansion proportions, its not? I did eventually get my money back when I threatened to visit, he only lives down the M62 from me. The bottom line is DON'T buy from this site. It does look very good and that's how he draws you in.

Do Not Use - Liars And Thiefs!!!

Item promised and 3 delivery dates given. Total lies as nothing arrived. Have now waited a month and still no refund even though they said it has been processed. Now they refuse to respond to any of my emails. Daylight robbery!!!

Waiting For Order

i placed order for a graphic card. i used these as i could us paypal. when i placed my order it said 8 in stock. my card is now on a "back order", so have to wait a week before they get the item. on looking at the other reviews im starting to worry!!! 17th October 2012. i will try and ask for a refund tomorrow. ive gave a ave rating only because at the moment i have not got a problem.

Avoid At All Costs

Cancelled my order before dispatch but they had already debited my card. Took a month and the 'chargeback' process through my credit card company to get my money back. Ignored emails, only premium phone line....AVOID!

Very Very Poor - Avoid !

Placed order online - delivery date came and went, called Tue 25 Jul 2012, was promised product would be delivered by Interlink Express Wed 25 Jul 2012.

Guess what? Still no sign of product, and not possible to get in touch by phone as helpline unavailable due to "technical difficulties" - hah!!

Sent an e-mail requesting cancellation of order, and whaddyaknow, only 10 mins later received e-mail confirmation to that effect - obviously far easier to do that than fulfill order as promised.

Email says to allow 10 days for refund - looks like we'll be waiting for a long time.

2 final words - steer clear!

Do Not Use This Excuse For A Company

I bought a HDD from AiretechIT on the 17th of June. Three days later they contacted me to say that they didn't have the item in stock (despite that they charged my debit card) and that they'd send a refund to my bank account. Since then I've received no refund and AiretechIT have ignored my emails. I contacted SagePay, who have asked Airtech to contact me, but despite that they continue to ignore every email I send. IMO this company is a complete scam. I wouldn't be surprised to see the owner of this excuse for a company, on Rogue Traders in the coming years.

I don't usually write reviews but I've been so disappointed by my dealings with this company that I felt obliged to chip in.

Similar to other reviews I've seen, I was guaranteed a delivery date (which passed without notice or apology) and then had the order cancelled with the promise of a refund go (as yet) unfulfilled. I'm sympathetic to problems that a small business faces, but to guarantee a delivery date and then let it pass without notice or apology is unacceptable.

The refund seems to be taking a while, more than 2 weeks at the time of writing. I paid with a VISA card so I'll get my money back one way or another, but it's been a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience.

Disgraceful

We ordered from this company over 3 weeks ago. We still have not received our goods and have phoned at least 3 times a week, sent messages and no one has replied to me. Not only have they not fulfilled their order to us, we have not received any form of explanation as to why we haven't received it and whether a refund has been processed.

Not at all happy and feel really let down.
