Got The Computer In A Timely Manner From Aipcs, Gr
Got the computer in a timely manner from AIPCS, great thing about it was I paid with a credit card. I refused to do their shady financing once I saw the papers. The only bad thing is that the computer never worked. The LED fans were burnt out, the cabling was set up horrifically, the motherboard has terrible stability issues. I am going to find out where their office is located and return the faulty merchandise in person so I can tell them how awful I think their customer service is.

Hi guys here we all are again. Same old same old. As with everyone else we sent our deposit in and eagerly awaited our new laptop. But 2 months + later no laptop no refund. I talked with someone named " Dean " today although I am sure it was Lambros especially after the discussion we had. Basically he told me that we were not going to get our money back as the contract said we could not. I to have sent copies to the NY AG, NY BBB his vendor and many consumer complaint sevices. While I really don't ever expect to see my money I will continue to work towards shutting these @@@@ crooks down.

Unfortunalty I didnt see all the warnings before I sent my money to aipcs. My blood presure rises evrytime try to contact them. Its just a big waste of time. I curently recieve free legal asistance because im in the air force. Im going to make sure this company goes down.
This Company (aipcs) Needs To Be Shut Down. They
This company (AIPCS) needs to be shut down. They are stealing many people's money. They never have answered any of my email and have not delivered the computer I ordered at the beginning of August. They have over $300.00 of mine that was supposed to be a deposit. I have filed complaints with the BBB, the US Postal Service for mail fraud, the IFCC and the New York Attorney General. So have many others. The number of people becoming victoms is growing and we need to have this company shut down and its operators punished for their actions.

STOLE MY MONEY, WONT ANSWER PHONES, BLOCKED MY EMAILS. i EVEN FAXED MY MONEY ORDER RECIEPTS AND THEY LOST THOSE TOO. NOW THEY NEVER HEARD OF ME.
They have taken over 300.00 of my money from my deposit also. I also have the money order recipts from the post office. Every time I call they say there systems are down and they cannot help me this has been going on for over a month now.
Yes we have done all of those things, and I call on a daily basis. At the very least Im going to be a headache to the guy. I have compiled a list of links about him in case people haven't seen them all (sure there is more)

There are many people who have been victoms of AIPCS. You're right, they are criminals. I have complained to the BBB, the US Postal Inspectors, the IFCC and the New York Attorney General. You can too on-line. There are web sites now that warn of this companies practices, are dedicated to closing them down and putting its operators behind bars.

I would certainly question the trading ethics of AIPCS http:\www.aipcs.com. If they did to everyone what they did to me, they wouldn't have to sell any computers, they would make good money for nothing!!
I would be VERY suprised if you see your system. (sorry to be pesimistic). You may like to check the so called "contract" that you signed (if you still have a copy) for the small print that basically says that AI or AIPCS reserves the right to withold repayment of your deposit should your credit rating change substantially. You then may wish to obtain a copy of credit reports just to see if they have even performed a credit check on you prior to giving you approval for financing. They didn't with me and then tried to tell me that my credit had changed significantly. I don't know how they worked that out if they only performed one credit check. Don't be fooled by them, they will tell you anything to keep you "sweet" as long as he can, including how sorry he is when he cannot offer you financing and how convincing he can be when he tells you that he will see what he can do with regard to a refund........ don't believe a word of it!!
i just got off the phone with AI Computers after seeing reviews of them online. it seems they've changed up their identity as i was only familiar with the A.I. Computers naming, not the AIPCS which most of you seem to be used to. that said, i spoke to a tech there as Lambros was out of the office and he went on to explain that they are having trouble with 5% of their purchases which went through financing. the financing company they used is said to take forever to forward checks to them for payment on the systems ordered. systems are only sent after payment is receieved. kind of like health insurance payouts, if any of you have had to deal with that...
you'll notice that for as long as they've been around no one who has paid via cash or credit has had any problems receiving their system. it's been only 1 weeks since i ordered my system from Lambros himself and am expecting it on monday of next week via 2nd day air.
i wish you good luck on your quest for refunds, but should make sur to blame the correct parties involved...
i'm dealing with a defunct DSL provider through the BBB and am no stranger to the frustration these types of things can instill in people.
That is exactly right! Don't forget, if the owner is committing fraud, he cannot hide behind a corporation and he may be on the hook personally. I suggest we go after him personally as well as AIPCS. If he is found to be committing fraud, he cannot get rid of us in bankruptcy either.
In fact, it may be important to begin ligitation against them as soon as possible as they may consider bankruptcy soon.
Hi, I'm back. Tried to deal with aipcs in a "civil" manner in a vain attempt to retrieve the $239 that they took from me. I had even agreed to accept $200 instead of the $239 that I sent in and HE PROMISED ME HE WOULD SEND IT "AFTER HE GOT THROUGH SOME RED TAPE" (Cost Me Another Month Without ANY Refund). He and AIPCS can't be dealt with in a civil manner. I am forwarding all paperwork/complaint forms to NY Attorney General, U. S. Postal Inspector, Federal Trade Commission and the Farmingdale NY Police Department. I am going to start the process of compiling a Class Action Lawsuit Against the company owner and AIPCS System Technologies, Inc.(see Yahoo Groups). Many of us have been taken by this Company, some for alot more money than me. It's sad. We will come out winners in the end. aipcs Scam Days Are Almost Over. AIPCS WILL eventually be shut down! Consequently, my order was placed on May 1st!!!!!! TIME FOR SOME REAL ACTION. Stay after them. I will let everyone know when the Class Action Suit begins to get organized. Later. Roguemaster54.
Thanks Alfie I am going to take a look at it, I have already submitted complaints to the Kansas and New York Attorney General's offices but we do need to keep plugging away at getting a refund, this company has gone far enough.
