We were more interested in the Sage Project Costing Module and we definitely covered every aspect and it was directly related to how our company works. It was all made simple and gave us great tips on how to maximise the use and the quality of data from reports that we wanted to produce. The trainer was great in explaining the modules and how we can apply our current requirements to improve our own procedures and project data. I would highly recommend Accounting Systems as our need for training was booked last minute with no trouble and we spoke with the trainer the day after booking to confirm the course content we wanted to cover, ensuring we were getting what we paid for and wanted. The Sage training which we received on site at our company premises was excellent and covered everything required.

Good day of Sage training, and the girls benefitted from the knowledge and in depth explanations.

The only criticism I have is that they have no manual to refer to, and these are helpful with screen prints and examples, and easy to refer to for future references.

It was excellent that is was tailor made and used a live version of sage, so the use of real data. The girls benefitted from it being more one to one, and had time to test things themselves.

The training was an overview of the different functions of Sage Payroll and HR database. We were looking for more in depth knowledge and understanding of the databases so that we could fully utilise the systems for business needs. We finished the training feeling disappointed as we did not get very much learning outcomes that we didn't already know. The trainer turned up with no structure to the training and did not even provide us with any manual or reference to what they were training us on. I think someone should have asked us what we were looking to achieve out of the training and at that point they would have advised that the training was too basic. For anyone that does not have any knowledge of the Sage Payroll and or HR this training would be ideally suited to you. For intermediate to advanced users this training would be a waste of your time.

Unfortunately I feel that level of service could be improved.

To start with companies should be informed upfront about uploading product data to system, without this training makes no sense and precious time is wasted.

The instructor was confident with simple questions about invoices, new customers, but when we started asking more detailed questions she was unsure and started ringing customer service (15 min waiting).

Also I feel that companies should be contacted prior to the training via phone (instructor stated that email was sent out, it was indeed but went to spam inbox), to ask for company details that might be relevant to training.

We gave a brief idea in the areas we required training on prior to her coming to our company.

Arrived on time and stayed until we were happy.
