Dreadful company. As with the vast majority of the reviews in here I ordered and got a delivery date of 09/09/22 when date passed emailed to be told hopefully it will be ready in 3 weeks. The tone if the email was nearly "congratulations" your order has gone to production, no apologies, or explanation for the delay, no contact prior to my email to make me aware of the delay, no note on the website to make customers aware of the ( now obvious from reading reviews ) issues with delivery dates. It seems clear this company is taking orders with no intention of hitting the given delivery date. I now have to go a buy more uniform so my daughter has something to start school in, in these times of increased financial pressure on households this company should be ashamed of the way they are conducting business. I will definitely be suggesting to the school that they find a different supplier in the future.
Update I rang 4 days ago to check order to be told the PE hoody was being dispatched that day definitely next day delivery with DPD ( only one part of the order marked as dispatching online forcneatly 2 weeks ). 4 days later no sign ring back to be told it will hopefully be posted in a week the rest of the order another 3 weeks!

Ordered at the beginning of the school holidays with delivery date before autumn term started.
Only when I called just before term did they admit that the order would not be on time, and in fact 3-4 weeks late. If they had told me in advance we may have been able to find some second hand uniform so my child could at least start his new school in uniform.
I asked if they could help me by sourcing a non-branded polo shirt, but the person on the phone (ironically titled 'customer care') couldn't have been less interested to help.
I would avoid this company and try to find garments from elsewhere.

Received my order a week ahead of the date given and I'm Very satisfied with the quality of the fleece and sweatshirt. Called the customer services line to arrange to swap the sweatshirt. The lady was very friendly and helped me to arrange to send the jumper back at no extra cost to me. BRILLIANT!

Absolutely Disgusting!
Absolutely disgusting! Placed my order on 5th August, should of been delivered on 22nd August. After chasing my order numerous times i was told that it had been lost by Royal Mail. New delivery date of 9th October, i then receive an e-mail stating that only 3 of my items will be delivered! Appalling service, no refund or compensation offered and apparently no complaint department or manager that i could speak to!

Wish My Daughter's School Didn't Use Them....
Shocking customer service, overpriced and the quality of the items is cheap and nasty. Unfortunately they supply my daughters school items which include jumpers, skirts, blazer and sports items all with the school crest so I have no alternative but to use them. Very disappointing.

Terrible company - please don't use them! They make up despatch dates in order to get your money, then keep inventing excuses as to why the items are late. Awful customer service- just avoid like the plague!!

We placed an order for a few items for our sons first day at school and after 7 weeks, we are still waiting for one item to arrive. They do not answer emails and their phone number doesnt work. They are nothing but a bunch of rip off artists and should not be allowed to trade.
Look around the internet and you will see other customer of this bogus company complaining about the same things as I am. We have recommended to our sons scholl that they no longer use this company.

Omg What A Disappointment
I ordered a jumper and tie which took longer than expected to arrive. The order arrived in two separate parcels after at least 2 weeks. The tie was ok but when the jumper arrived I thought my 8 year old might have made it her self .The collar on the jumper was all twisted and none of the buttons matched up with the holes. I had to then take it to the post office which although the postage was free cost me to get there and back by bus not to mention my wasted time.I informed them that i didnt want replacement just a refund. But email arrives informing me a replacement has been sent. I contacted them they told me to return it to post office. I politely refused and they told me to just put it in normal post. Lets hope it gets back to them as i dont want a battle over payment to add to my misery. I feel so strongly about this that i really dont want to use the company ever again but we have no choice as our school tie is compulsory and it is the only place we can purchase it.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Do Not Give Your Money To This Comany!!
Ordered a school jumper on the 25th August and still no jumper 52 days later!!!!! Phoned them every Monday for the last 4 week to be told every Monday "there is a problem at the embroiders so will be with you Friday". No correspondence. It's like talking to a breeze block it really is!!!!! Been told I will get the jumper next Wed now so will be coming up too 2 whole months. Take these bad reviews as a warning because they are plenty of other websites slating this company!!!! My daughter will be doing her A levels by the time I get the jumper.
Please avoid!
I'm sorry some people here have been having problems getting their school uniform on time. Since taking over the company last year we have improved delivery times over the back to school period from an average of 29 days to less than 20 days. However, we have had stock outs on jumpers and T shirts which has lead to some customers waiting unacceptably long periods.
We are not standing still, and are working hard to improve both supply and production processes so we provide a reliable and quick service to parents and schools.

Terrible Service! Avoid Like The Plague!
I ordered my son three jumpers on 16/08/2012. It is 02/10/12 and they still have not arrived. Emails sent and they wrote back telling me they are waiting for a new supplier. I cancelled my order in the end today, my son had to wear his old jumpers starting his new year. They have not apologised at all. Avoid using this company, I'm surprised they get any custom.
