I ordered two costumes from the rebel toons range, one for myself, the other for my sister. Delivered in 3 days.

Mine fitted perfectly but my sister wasnt happy with hers (she is fussy lol). Speakeasy refunded the unwanted costume and she ordered another from them that she actually liked.

Ordered on Monday and the costume was delivered on Wednesday. Really happy with both the wig and costume. WOuld recommend and use again myself.

The costume ordered was a lot smaller than the picture indicated, so I returned for a full refund.

They denied any breach of contract and have yet to refund anything back to me.

This company seems fine if you don’t have any problems, however if you do, beware they will ignore you and hope you go away.

I will be getting my money back and if they carry on treating customers this way, they won't last very long.

This was the only place that had this costume available to buy! Delivery took 3 days which was quicker than quoted. Cant wait for Haloween now. Thankyou!

I ordered a package from this company back in September - a month ago. I still have not received my goods. I have tried to ring the company but the help line goes straight to voicemail. Despite leaving several voicemails none of my calls were ever returned. I also emailed, it took 3 emails from me before I got a reply saying the package has been dispatched. I then asked for a tracking number, to which they replied 'hopefully the package will be with you by now' After several more emails they said that the package must be lost, they don't have a tracking number and basically there is nothing that they can, or will do about it. They were rude, unhelpful and as it stands have not offered a refund or a replacement - basically they have said it's not their problem that the package hasn't been delivered. I will NEVER use this company again I have never received such awful service.

I have now received my refund.

Really Really great costume - so much more than I had hoped. So pleased with it - now im going to go scare the missus.
