I ordered a dress from OuterInner.com. I received an order conformation right away. Thinking everything was good. I waited over a month, it was about time for the order to be arriving, so I went on their website to see if I could find out if the order had been shipped. It was then that I found that the order was unpaid. Apparently there was a problem processing my credit card. I was never notified that there was any problem with my payment. When I checked the website I noticed that it said they email you information about the progress of your order. I never received any notification of a problem. The dress has not even been started, and it is too late to reorder it. We are now scrambling to find a dress for my daughter. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered my dress March 23rd 2014 for my wedding which was suddenly moved ahead from our original date June 27th 2015 to April 27th 2014 due to unforeseen circumstances. The rep who helped me was very helpful even though I was panicing about not having it on time. I received my dress today however. I put in my custom measurments when I ordered my dress which are:

Full Bust = 42inch

Waist = 35inch

Hip = 50inch

Hollow to Floor = 59inch

The length of the dress is perfect the hips and waist are great however my bust is too small and 42inch is my proper measurement as I have several different people meausure my bust for me which is 42inch everytime. Sad thing is I can do my zipper up half an inch and it wont go any further... Not happy with my wedding being six days away. I paid 180.00 total for my dress with custom sizing and express shipping and now I have to take it to go get taken out because I cant do it up. And now I have to panic about getting it tailered in time as I do not have time to pay the shipping and have them hold it for another month to get it redone... That and they expect you to pay to ship it to them and they will only refund half the money from the reviews. If it wasn't for the fact that I think I deserve a full refund and I know they wont give it to me Id be putting up a fight about this and I think I still might.

I would not recommend outerinner to anyone unless you can fit into their size chart and even then beware is all I have to say.

I would never order outer inner again, or reccomend it to anyone! I was in my girlfriends wedding party in last august. she ordered her dresses from outer inner and the sizes were all completely off! even the ones that were the same size that were ordered were different. Doing major altering is expensive but everyone needed to. I had just ordered mine before the wedding for this upcoming may. They were ALL the same size even though different sizes were ordered! They ALL fit me the exact same and will not work. I didn't notice this till a bit after i ordered because most of my bridesmaids live out of town and weren't able to come try them on and i just have my second baby girl. But once we got into it, we were horrified. And to top it all customer service was completely rude and said it is our fault we ordered the wrong sizes. Its absolutely ridiculous. And They said I could re order and get 20% off the next ones. But now the dress price has raised by double. Shipping and Duties is a big cost of it, and oh yes I have to pay that too. So we are using some of the dresses for material to make the sizes bigger on some and ordering new ones. I WOULD NEVER, ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, or EVER reccomend them to anyone. You make get lucky and things go well, but if your like me, the stress and cost and quality not being great. So not worth it. Don't do it!

Can't believe the negative reviews on here??? We ordered my wedding dress and brides mates dresses online, gave custom measurements and saved a boat load of money then trying to shop at the local wedding dress shop. Don't spend money on overpriced dresses, save the money for your reception and better yet HONEYMOON!!

If I could upload a photo of all of us together you would surely agree that these dresses are stunning. To each there own, make sure you don't eat tooo much before getting your dresses or they may not fit, DUH!!

My bridesmaids ordered four dresses from Outerinner. They checked the website's size chart to ensure that they ordered the correct sizes. One of them even paid extra to submit custom measurements. When the dresses arrived they were all wrong. All of the dresses had identical inner shells, even though they were all differently styled dresses. Some of them were sewn with red thread on a mint green dress. None of the dresses fit. Two of the women could not even zip them up. Another was much too large, and the custom measured dress was also completely wrong, including a fabric bulge on one side.

We thoroughly read the company's return and refund policy, and we were certain we had grounds for a full refund. When my friends contacted the customer service representative, she insisted that we could not be refunded. She said they needed to send photos of them in the dresses, as well as measurements of the dresses, and then after we paid to ship them back to Hong Kong, they would evaluate the dresses and then decide if we were deserving of a refund. After we told her that asking for partially nude photos of ill fitting dresses was inappropriate, we did provide them with photos of the dresses' measurements compared to the order form and size chart. She told us that we did not take the photos properly. Also every time my friends called (so far this has been ongoing for a week) the customer service rep refuses to let us speak to anyone else. She also told us that the company takes photos for their own records during the production process, but she refused to release those to us.

My friends have done everything they asked of us (aside from sending the photos of women trying to put on dresses that will not even zip) and they are not willing to accommodate us. We don't want a replacement, or anything for free. We just want to return the unsatisfactory products and get a full refund and pretend like this never happened.

Outerinner does not make good quality clothes, and they do not honor their return policy. They target young women looking for an affordable dress. Never shop from this company.

I was searching for the perfect spot to buy my dream dress for the night of my wedding. I searched lots of local shops and the hit on OuterInner as I as surfing the net.

I can say that I was really fortunate to find them, as I found a beautiful dess, that impressed my husband and all the guests. The best thing is that it came in a really affordable price, cheaper than the ones I found in the local shops. I received the dress on time and I was really excited about it. Well done OuterInner, great shop.

THE DRESSES I BOUGHT FOR UPCOMING WEDDING WERE HORRIBLE,

colour was off ,bad quality and did not look at all like the pictures.

when I voiced my displeasure, with returns department, they offered me 50% refund on the dresses only, even though shipping charges was the bulk of the costs,

which meant I was out of pocket by almost 75%. I also requested photos to be sent to me prior to shipping so that I could check the quality.. but they deliberately sent them after they had already shipped my order. then went on and on about their returns policy and me having to pay for return shipping costs! avoid.

I was searching high & low for the perfect dress for my wedding. I am a full figured second time bride so I wanted something not too formal. I also didn't have much money to spend & dresses like that in my size are not easy to find. I visited several bridal stores in my town & none of them compare to the excellent service I received from Outerinner.com.

I found the site by accident and browsed just to see what they had to offer. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the selection & the prices. They had exactly what I wanted at a price that fit my budget perfectly.

Since this was my wedding dress I was nervous about ordering online but I have to give them kudos because my experience with them was far better than the experiences I had at the bridal shops I visited. I had my dress custom made & was pleasantly surprised when it arrived 10 days sooner than I calculated. MY DRESS WAS GORGEOUS! Excellent craftsmanship & good quality material. I am very pleased and would definitely order from them again.

I have had the worst experience with this company. I'd never suggest them to anyone I know, and I'm warning other people to be cautious. I ordered what I thought would be a gorgeous wedding dress on February 2nd. I thought I was being cautious by ordering with paypal - I thought even if it took the 20 days that the website says to make the dress, surely it wouldn't take much longer than that to get here. After all, shipping was $51 - even from overseas, that's expensive. I assumed that part of the cost was to expidite the dresses.

I was not pleased when I got the dresses. The fabric was cheap-feeling and the dresses were quite a bit longer than I was comfortable with. The sleeves were too tight at the top, and weirdly loose at the bottom. The neckline, which was gorgeous on the model in the picture, pinched my skin and made me look like I had weirdly overdeveloped neck muscles - sort of like a bridal She-Hulk.

So, I thought that ordering with Paypal would give me a little security because I could always open a complaint with them. However. The dresses did not arrive until April 1st, well after the 45 day window to open said complaint.

There's a certain kind of calculating, evil genius in that. I don't believe that the timing is a coincidence. My first thought was that Outerinner.com had complaints opened in the past and figured out a way to get around it.

But then I thought maybe I was jumping to conclusions and I should give customer service the chance to fix their mistake.

When I did, the customer service rep asked for really invasive things - first, to take pictures of myself in the dress, and then for my measurements. When I explained that how weird that request was and that one of the dresses was for someone else who wasn't super happy with the way her dress fit, they suggested the following things:

- To alter the dress. (After having waited for two months for the dresses to arrive in the first place, I doubted that the alterations would be done in time for my wedding. Additionally, shipping the dresses back and forth again would cost over $100.)

- To have the dress altered here. (Which would likely be more costly than the dress.)

- To order a new (custom) dress from outerinner.com at 20%. (No thank you. I've had the WORST customer experience of my life so far.)

- To sell the dress to a friend at cost. (What? Really? This assumes that I have a friend who is my size getting married soon. And that I am totally fine with selling my friend a dress that I found to be poorly made. Clearly, outerinner assumes that I don't want to build lasting friendships with other brides.)

Please space yourself the horrible experience of ordering from this shady company. My partner and I are both students, so I thought I was going to save money by ordering a dress from Outerinner.com - but instead, I am out the cost of two dresses and shipping on top of the dress I will actually be walking down the aisle in. Don't order from this company.

I am really happy that ordered my dress on outterinner.com; I bought dresses online hundreds of time, but this is the first time when I am writing a review. When I ordered the dress I wasn’t expecting a dress of such great quality at such reasonable price. Actually it was their price which made me write this review. Unlike many other online vendors otterinner.com have a very fast delivery system, my dress was delivered in no time after placing order. Other thing that I would like to mention is their customer support, believe me they are just amazing, no matter how many queries you have they will treat them patiently. In short I am very much satisfied and will recommend everyone to buy their dress from outerinerr.com.
