This is my first purchase with Outdoorkit company. I ordered a berghaus backpack and received it less than 20 hours.

Excellent service. Initial delivery of a Tilley hat was very fast and the hat was as good as expected and competitively priced but I had got the size wrong (followed the 'loose-fit' advice given by Tilley a little too closely). The return and exchange process was trouble-free and the staff I spoke to were extremely helpful. I'm now a very satisfied owner of a great hat.

I bought a Tilley hat on their website for a great price, but unfortunately I chose the wrong size. I emailed them explaining what I'd done and they reserved the correct size on my order while I sent the incorrect size back to them. I paid for return postage, but they don't charge you a second postage charge for sending out a replacement which is good.

Both hats arrived the next day with Parcelforce, and their customer services team even called me to make sure I'd received the replacement hat and that it fitted me. I now do not shop anywhere else for outdoor bits.

I really cant say enough about the company and the staff at Outdoor Kit. They are always helpful and knowledgeable.

When something doesn't fit or is not to purpose they will take it back and replace or refund.

Not once in any purchase that the wife and I have placed with them has something gone wrong or left us wondering at our decision to use them (this is over 10+ separate orders)

I ordered a Northface parka (amongst other items). I was delighted with the very quick dispatch & delivery (faultless) but I was DISGUSTED to find they had sent me a well worn jacket - the cuffs were bobbley & there were lots of short white dog hairs trapped in the cuffs. The customer services guy was efficient but I wasn't offered an explanation, a discount or even a refund of my original postage.

bad experienced returned item for wrong size wasted an expensive postage at buyers expense.

Outdoorkit stock a variety of gear at great prices, deliver in a timely manner and, even better in my book, have great customer service people who will efficiently sort out a return / replacement for a faulty product or go an extra mile to order in a product in a different size for you. I cannot recommend this company enough as, while cheap prices can be found from a number of companies, the combination of cheap prices and great customer care are a rarity!

Website made it easy to select the item I wanted, and see which combinations of colour and size were in stock

Very easy to deal with - I ordered on the Friday and it arrived safely on the Monday

And the price was 20% less than the manufacturer's website (who had previously managed to deliver the requested item in the wrong colour, and then turned out to have no stock in the correct colour)

Would use again and recommend to friends/family

Ordered a pair of boots from outdoorkit website at 4pm on Monday, price was substantially cheaper than anywhere else I would normally buy such an item. The boots to my surprise were delivered by 9.30am the next day and I didn't pay for next day delivery. Very impressed and would definitely use them again.
