Bait And Switch, And You Get To Lay Fir Return Shipping!
The deals seem to be good, but you do not get the product you order. Then they insult you with a discount offer to keep what you received. Problem is you could buy the wrong product fir half the price of what they want you to pay. They never offer to exchange it and get you the correct product. Don’t waste your time with them.

Deceptive Return Policy
The online store is a mixture of good and bad. Please do research first before ordering anything from them. If I had done this, I probably wouldn't have ordered anything from them, or perhaps I wouldn't have ordered two suits from them as a first order. Maybe just one to see what that experience would've been. You will see many reviews on here that illustrate where the store could use some improvement. First off, it is difficult to determine what brand of suit you are getting if you're searching for a particular style. I bought two suits: a brown pinstripe and a charcoal gray pinstripe. These suits arrived with the brand name Tazio. I'm not familiar with the brand but just from my recent limited experience with this brand the sizes run extremely small. I had just bought a suit from a brick and mortar store and had been measured for a 46R. A 46R from Tazio was way too small. I had to order two sizes up from that (50R) in order to receive the suits that come closest to fitting me correctly. Which leads me to segue into another point of contention: don't believe the website's claim to have an "unconditional return policy," in which they claim you will receive a full refund--minus a restocking fee-if you're not in any way satisfied. After you place your order you will receive an email confirmation of your order in which it states the return policy is only valid if MensUSA has misrepresented the item. Otherwise, they will only do exchanges. Stating this after placing the order- having committed to a purchase--is not a good way to establish a customer's faith in the retailer. Such deception leaves a bad taste in this customer's mouth, and does much damage to their reputation as an honest online store. Also, the pictures they use to represent the suit were misleading in the one instance with the Charcoal Gray pinstripe suit I received. The color is way darker than the photo they used to represent this suit. So I would say be prepared to receive a suit that doesn't actually match the color the store represents. In my case I can make it work, so I won't complain too loudly about that. Just remember: buyer beware. On a more positive note, the value seems pretty good for the price. I am satisfied with the quality of the suits I received. In the case of having to deal with an exchange, follow their suggestion to communicate via email. In my case I had to correspond through several emails with them in order to get the exchange underway, but their responses were always timely even though the instructions contained in them were somewhat confusing. First they asked for a money order or certified check to be included in the return; then in a subsequent email they asked me to approve an exchange fee so they could charge my credit card on file. But once the exchange was in the pipeline, everything went smoothly. Tracking my package I see that it arrived last night, and today I received the exchange, letting me know that they had been tracking the package as well and timed the exchange to arrive at my doorstep at the same time as they had received the return, and this was pretty impressive.

I will NEVER order anything else from MensUSA! Over 2 months and still haven't received my refund.They did not have the shirt and the suit was not as advertised. Customer service personnel was very rude and went as far as to say the suit was damaged. $198 down the drain! LET THE BUYER BEWARE. These people are not Americans!I rate this company a minus 10.

If I could rate this business 0 stars I would. Firat, I call to say the item shipped was a completely different design than what was advertised and was answered by an unprofessional individual who told me she was a manager, the only person on the floor, and that she was being paid to talk to me on the phone. She said they usually conduct business online and she doesn't talk to people on the phone. That was very evident as she does not have interpersonal communication to perform her job with adequacy. I was told that I would receive a receipt online after asking her to recite the order number over the phone. She said it was a very long number and rambled it off far too quickly for me to record. I am unable to read small print and asked her to repeat the number but she refused to do so
To add insult to injury, the warehouse says that this design is all that they have available, regardless of the fact that the picture online is a completely different design altogether. This is false advertising.
I was told I can return the product as if they were doing me a favor to lift the "all sales final" policy.
I do not recommended this company to anyone.

They only sent part of our order and it was the wrong item. They won't fix it or send the total order and they will not return our money. They have taken over a month and still have not done anything. Do not buy anything from this company. They are not a reputable business online. They will take your money and leave you with nothing.

I ordered 1 suit and 1 pair of pants through Men's USA, it will be the first and last time I ever order from this site again. Suit came, nothing in the box, no packing slip, no information just a box with a suit. I called to state the pants were missing and the representative in a very polite way accused me of lying because they don't make mistakes and the pants were probably in the box. I couldn't believe it. Well a few days late shipped overnight came another box with the pants, no explanation, no paperwork, packing slip nothing, just another box with pants. My son tried the pants on and they didn't fit. We had a very busy few weeks but 3 weeks later I called and told customer service I needed to know how to return the pants since there was absolutely no paperwork in either box. The representative told me it was over 15 days so to bad I just lost $59.00. When I questioned why there was no paperwork she came up with the lame excuse that they don't send paperwork because it is an internet company! I order on line all the time and have always received packing slips, return info with the box. She was completely unmoved and just said our policy for returns is 15 days so there was nothing she would do. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Shop another on-line or retail store. Item Not As Described, Wrong Material, Wrong Fit & Color!
I purchased the Sku#Ac-945 Men's Slim Fit Suits Three Piece Indigo ~ Teal ~ Slate Blue Wool Vested Suit $165, first complaint about it is the fit, this is not a "SLIM FIT" suit, there is nothing slim fit about it. Next, the color in the sample pictures is deceiving, it is more of a light blue than Teal or Indigo as stated in the description and the way the sample pictures look. Next, is says it's made from "Wool" in the title description, NOPE, 65% polyester, 35% rayon. The jacket size was correct but the pants are sized small by 2" in the waist so beware when ordering. I will say that the suit is well made and not cheap looking. Was looking for a slim fit suit though and this one is definitely not it!
Excellence service. Walked in got what I wanted and then some. Even provided same day tailor services. I would recommend this company to all my friends the service was exceptional!!!!

Never Got The Suit I Paid For.
First of the quality of the two suits they sent seem very good. They were shipped quickly.
The problem is that I never got the suit that I ordered. the first suit that came I had to argue with the woman at returns to take back. Her comment was always something about it being a nice suit. I kept going back to it not being the correct style. When I insisted on getting what I had paid for she relented and I sent it back. the next suit was still nothing like what I had ordered, but I kept it anyways as I was out of time. My daughters wedding was not going to wait for Mensusa to not get it right again.
I was told that they would refund my return shipping costs. It never happened.
The bottom line: Customer service is seriously lacking, they appear to not really care once they have your money, the flip side is that the fabric of the suit seems very good. My tailor thought so too. It is a sharp looking suit for a good price.

This Company Sucks.....
Terrible customer service... They sent the wrong suit... They charge you $50 re-stocking fee for their mistake... I just wanted to exchange for the right suit, however, the rep tried to say that this wrong suit was what I had ordered...
The online photo shows the suit that I wanted, however, they sent a similar suit but it doesn't have the detailing that denotes a Tuxedo (Formal Ware), which is what I wanted... The Rep was rude and un-professional... I have bought shirts from them in the past, without a problem, however, this experience has ruined any chance of future purchases from me... There is no excuse for customer dis-respect... I will not buy from them again...
