Still Awaiting Refund 4 Months Later
4 months ago I made a large order from Menlook of clothing for my boyfriends christmas presents. One t-shirt did not fit him so I contacted menlook to request to return that particular t-shirt. They seemed happy for me to return the item for a full refund and provided me with a return label but did advise me that a refund make take up to 21 days. It has now been over 3 months since I sent the item back using the provided labels and I have not received a refund or even had acknowledgement of the return from Menlook.
Every time I try to contact Menlook on this matter they do not answer their phone lines and they ignore every email I send them.
Prior to taking my money Menlook seemed very professional and I had no concerns with ordering with them, however as soon as it has come to them giving my money back they have been the complete opposite and impossible to get hold of.
I am now in the process of taking legal action against Menlook in order to retrieve my money back, as they have left me with no other option, as suggested by my bank.

Terrible Customer Service
Returned an item 6 weeks ago in UK, still awaiting a refund, still no response to 5 email enquiries in relation to the (lack of) refund. States that you will receive a reply within 2 days but I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a response. Phoned their support phone number.. guess what.. 'temporarily unavailable'.. Still awaiting some sort of feedback, not to mention my refund. Very annoyed!

Rude And Careless Customer Service Representative
Put much higher price then you actually paid for the item on custom declaration form , and they put this wrong price in Euro. As a result US custom put high duties. DHL hold the package, calling to customer service gives you impression that company run by the rude and careless people,who are definitely ruining the reputation of Menlook. Advertised 20 % coupons impossible to apply . Reading all recent reviews will give you one advice - just avoid business with Menlook. Or may be you are looking for the headache? ! Whith so many choices, Menlook will be at the end of the list. Just quick apologie of the customer service representative would avoid all this dissatisfaction ,but she choose rudeness and demonstration of the power. Will this impove company performance in any way? Bad experience !!!
Slightly Concerend Due To Reviews, But Happy In The End.
After reading reviews about Menlook some of which were negative, I was slightly nervous to order a jacket just before christmas that Menlook had reduced in their sale. However, it was such a good deal that I decided to take the risk.
Not only was the jacket reduced in price, but I also got £15 off for a first order. Too good to be true I wondered?
Well, ultimately the jacket arrived all ok 4 days later and I was very happy with it. So Menlook delivered exactly what they promised.
However, I would say that communication with their customer service department and the Menlook website, left me feeling that the negative reviews initially were justified. First of all, the website said my order was 'in preparation' for 3 days after I had placed my order. I learnt later that the jacket had actually been shipped after 2 days, but the website didn't reflect this at all. I also never received any tracking email or confirmation of shipping.
On the 3rd day after my order, my order appeared to have been cancelled in the 'my account' section of the website! ?? I was assured by the customer service people that this wasn't actually the case.
When I made calls to the customer service people, they didnt seem to know what was happening in the warehouse. I understand the warehouse is in France, and I got the impression the customer service people were in the UK. Perhaps they didn't have much more knowledge of what was happening at the warehouse than I did.
On the positive, I can say that the customer service people I spoke to were very polite, and I was in telephone and email communication with them. And the jacket that I received was well packed and exactly what I wanted, in its original plastic packing from the manufacturer with tags attached.
So thanks Menlook, I will use you again, but please give some attention to your website and communication. I can understand how this might make people give bad reviews.
In the end for me I was happy, and very happy with the jacket.

Fine Until You Need To Return Something!
Awful returns system takes weeks and weeks to get a refund! They offer a free CollectPlus service but this is apparently only to a U.K. Pick up point from whence they VERY occasionally collect and ship the items back to France. I've contacted them via their website three times in the last four weeks and not had a single response! NONE of this returns information is on their UK website.... I've checked very carefully and it says nothing about having to wait till your item arrives back in France ( I could have walked to France by now!) steer well clear of this company!

Ordered items and they arrived in a few days. Checked my bank statement and found they have charged me twice! contacted them just, for them to tell me i ordered it twice even though i only have one email with one order number, and it has been delivered!!! I have only received the items I originally ordered and why would they take money out AFTER i have SUPPOSEDLY received the goods!!!!.....Seems like rubbish customer service and doubt i will get my money back!!....check you bank statements folks!!!!

Fabulous Service, Great Response, Faultless Experience!
I felt I had to leave a review for Menlook, to say how delighted I was with the fabulous customer service I received with my recent order. The product was delivered very quickly, was packed well and every aspect of the order was completely faultless. I can't speak for the experience of others leaving poor reviews, but I have no reservations in recommending Menlook to anyone. Great products, competitive prices, quick delivery and responsive customer service..... it really doesn't get any better!

Avoid - Slow To Refund Orders (still Waiting)
Ordered a bag for shipment to the Channel Islands. The website allowed me to select Jersey as the country, yet I received an email a week after ordering to say they were processing my return. I never received the item and contacted Menlook.
They stated they do not ship to Jersey, and would refund me. This was frustrating, but acceptable.
Two weeks later, I am still awaiting my refund.
I would avoid Menlook and not recommend them.
