Shoe Quality Is So Poor, No Return Policy

I had ordered a product 20 days ago. The shoe quality is so poor that the pasting and the leather has started coming out. The customer care executives are so rude, they don't even listen to the concerns of people instead they just say that it can't be returned. They should have a proper quality check like other brands do. This is utter non-sense. They do these kinds of things with every customer and making money is their only motto.

One Of The Best Shopping Sites In India

I love shopping on this site. I don't understand why all this negative reviews about koovs. I've lost count of how many times I've shopped here and never ever have I been disappointed, be it their exchange policy or their sizing. Shipping is very fast, quality is fantastic and the styles are always so trendy.. U love koovs

Good Outfits But Limited Sizes

I am fond of this website and love the array of outfits appeared but the highly disappointing fact is this that they ignore the XXL consumers. This is because the size XL shown in the website as 38 30 40 is a medium size actually but they have shown it as XL and I have wrote them 2 times that make the particular dress available in XXL size but they reply back that they have only limited size of stock available.For example if I choose Maxi tops so they have only maximum size as 38 30 40 which they consider as XL.Any other dress if I choose is only available with this maximum size. I think comparatively stalkbuylove.com is better then koovs.com in terms of variety and size.

Hi, I Am An Online Shopper. I Regularly Use Flip

Hi,

I am an online shopper. I regularly use flipkart, amazon, myntra, jabong, snapdeal, etc.

This is the first time I used koovs and I was totally pissed-off. I've placed an order on Aug 03, 2015 and I received the confirmation mail from koovs on the same day. And on 05-AUG-2015, I received the product shipment details from koovs.

Its been more than 20 days now and I haven't received my order. I have called them 4 times including today. Every time I call the koovs customer care, I will have to wait for a minimum of 15-25 mins to get connected [for which I will have to bare my mobile charges]. The last couple of times I called koovs, I was assured that my product will be shipped to me within 24-48 hours. There will be no update until we call them.

Today, when I called the koovs customer care again, I had been waiting for 19 minutes to get connected to the customer care executive, who tells me that my shipment was untraceable and asks me to place the order again, which was actually sold out. I have asked the executive to connect me to her senior executive, which she was reluctant to do. And told me to disconnect the call and I shall receive the call from her senior executive as soon as I disconnect. I dont understand this. If her senior executive would call me as soon as I disconnect, why is she not available to attend my call? Anyways, I havent received any call from koovs senior executive till now.

DON'T USE KOOVS! A Very WORST service of all.

I wanted to give a negative star rating for KOOVS which was not possible. Koovs isn't worth one star.

Cheaters And Worst Customer Service

I had ordered a shoes from KOOVS. The size did not fit me as the size they offer is not as per the market size. They do not have a proper return policy. Its been 10 days I am calling them there is no response, also I had written a mail and there was no reply there as well.

This is a harassment shopping in KOOVS, and i do not need the product anymore but they do not have any way to be connected with them.

Don't carried away with the fancy website. Your mental peace is more important and the satisfaction when you receive the product.

If still you prefer to shop. SHOP AT YOUR RISK!! IF YOU DON'T LOVE YOUR MONEY.

The Worst Way To Lose Your Money. I Hate Koovs

They have this amazing sales with unreasonable prices to fool people and I fell for it twice. Bought a mobile case which was broken when it was delivered and purchased a golden chain which was broken and rusted when it was delivered. And don't even think about returning cuz they never pick up their calls and reply to your mail.

Don't fall for their pretty website and pictures

The worst customer service i have ever received. I had ordered a shoes from Koovs, Firstly I wanted to exchange the size as the size the provide is different than the standard size.

They don't have any proper return policy, Their customer care no is never reachable also no revert on E mail.

This is worse harassment i have come across in online shopping at KOOVS!!!

This is a lesson I would like to pass on to the viewers just to be alert while shopping from KOOVS.

Someone from customer service, please listen, I have a something to say,

Its been 30 days since my initial mail request, 10 mails and 4 calls and I am still waiting for money refund.

I will never do the mistake of placing an order on Koovs again (even for my quarterly purchase for which I have spend Rs. 15000 on Myntra). And will never recommend Koovs to any of my friends...Never, never... Promise.

Please forgive me this time and settle the account...

Pathetic Customer Support

I received a product which i did not like and requested for a return. They do not have online return so only options left are call or email.

I sent out an email and i have not received any reply them from last 10 days even after another reminder on the same email telling about the pathetic customer support.

Then i started calling them and most of the time you cant reach the customer care executive.The call was in waiting for around 20 minutes most of the time. When connected,they just told that pickup has been arranged and they dont have any info about the courier dealer. So pls never ever order a product if you want peace of mind.

Some more negative points:

1)Return amount is credited in form of promo code and never into the bank

2)Promo code is for 2 months. If you cant use it in 2 months, you need to call again at customer care and get it reactivated. And as i told, reaching the call executive is a tough task

3)If you use partial amount in promo code, again you need to call them amount the remaining amount.

Order at your own risk!
