This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I ordered trousers that were advertised as being ‘high waisted’ and the trousers I received had a normal waistline.
My emails went unanswered and the company was untrue to me, stating that the trousers had a waistband that is ‘4 inches higher’ than normal trousers. Simply not true.
Please do not waist your money by placing an order with Jolliman.

Only Wear Jd 63 Trek Shoes When It’s Dry.
The walking shoes DEK JD63 (Triple Fastening Trek Shoes) leak like a sieve when it’s wet, so are only suitable for use when weather is dry, as such not fit for purpose as an outdoor walking shoe.
Jolliman Customer services do not respond and simply bury their heads in the sand.

Ordered two pairs of mens trousers. Same size different colours. Tried on one pair and not suitable fit. Did not open the second pair and immediately returned both for refund. Jolliman sent back the untouched pair saying we had put a stain on them and therefore unrefundable. After several phone calls speaking to a very rude ‘customer service person’ (definitely needs some training. I have her name if required) would only agree to refunding one pair. Said they have cctv for when they are opening parcels. Asked to see the evidence but told it is not possible due to security issues. My thoughts are that these trousers were returned by another customer and they were trying to blame us. Waited weeks and several calls to eventually receive half refund. Would definitely not recommend this company. Just to add insult to injury, they keep sending me new catalogues and offers. My advice is do not order from them, they are definitely a dodgy company

My Issue Was Sorted
I ordered some trousers for my dad but they were too long so I returned them.
A Jolliman care team representative called me to discuss if they could send me a replacement but they did not sell trousers short enough for my dad, so they agreed to refund.
I didn’t quite understand the remittance advice they sent me for the refund and called to discuss/complain. I didn’t deal with the conversation very well but the representative remained calm and settled the issue amicably by refunding my postage.
A reminder for me to read the refund/postage policy before ordering!

PLACED ORDER ON SUNDAY 30TH JUNE WAS THRILLED TO RECEIVE THEM ON WEDNESDAY 3RD JULY
PRODUCTS ALL VERY GOOD QUALITY,HAD TO RETURN TWO PAIRS OF TROUSERS WRONG SIZE,THE SERVICE FROM CUSTOMER CARE WAS GREAT AND VERY QUICK.

Useless Service
Ordered 7 days ago in good time before my holiday in 4 days time. Got a call today to say 1 item not in stock so nothing has been despatched. Why did they not call me last week? Why leave it till now wh3n it’s far too late to deliver before I go away. I will never use this company again. Pity as it was so good when it was based in Worthing and staffed by people who cared! I wonder how long I will have to wait for my refund!!!
Great. Spent £60 got £10 back. When do I get the rest of my money and my interest back? Totally useless company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

No Refund Policy Apparently
Ordered two items and was contacted a couple of weeks later to be told neither items were available and as they were end of line would not be available in future.I have been a customer for many years and when this situation has arisen in the past my money has always been returned to me.However on this occasion they kept my money and sent me a credit note instead.I have both written and contacted them by phone to request a refund so I can purchase an alternative from elsewhere but have been ignored every time.Had I known before hand that this company had changed ownership in 2016 and this is now there attitude,I would not have sent in my last order.I would strongly advise current and future customers not to continue trading with this company.
Well I hope they don’t try sending me a credit note cos if they do my solicitor will be straight on to them. How can a company that was so good become so bad so quickly...

Bad Company
Wrong sizes on goods i bought last year so had to have then altered .Thought id give another chance Items were too small so wanted to return them and discovered i had to pay for that too .Majority of mail order firms have a collection point or return service or collection service but not Jolliman .I rang customer services but were very unhelpful.
