Buyer Beware

I saw Fire Vogue on my Facebook page. I went on their site thinking someone I knew was recommending them. I ordered 2 jackets and a top on Oct 18th 2017. Two days later I received an email with a tracking number claiming these items will arrive Oct 31. I waited and sent an email stating I didn't receive anything. Their reply was an apology and the delay was busy holiday season? On Nov 2, I asked them thru email to cancel my order. They sent a fake fed ex number and said items had been shipped?? I waited and tonight I looked and nothing was shipped. I then checked several reviews. They don't send the items and if they do send anything it won't be anything like the picture. They claim they will be in contact with you, however they have no customer service number. I hope that this review may help the next person.  I immediately called my credit card company and am getting the order off my bill. I also paid for Express shipping on the 18th of October. It is November 6th and nothing was shipped. Buyer beware.

Clothes Are Not Of Decent Quality

Ordered a coat. Looked nice and actually when I received it it felt nice; however, it must be made for extremely petite individuals. arms are very short and it is very tight across the back and shoulders. They are kind enough to tell you they accept returns, but that is only if they send the wrong size ordered or there is damage to the product. They decide if they will refund your money or not. You pay the shipping and you also have to pay a restocking fee. Don't buy from here.

Item Received Looks Nothing Like The Item Ordered.

Item received looks nothing like the item ordered. Returning the item has extra shipping and restocking charges. Product made in China. The lowest quality possible. Misshaped and looking nothing like the advertised photo. A horrible experience all around.

Avoid this website, you will not be satisfied with the product or the service.

Awful Quality

Clothes are imitation of Nakarato clothing line and other quality clothing lines, they are very cheap and bad quality(made in China). After one wash they might come apart...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! I requested my money back but didn't get a refund...

Damaged Item And No Refund

I purchased a 50.00 jacket which took over 3 weeks to get and once I received it the item was damaged. After determining the items quality, which was beyond cheap was probably the result of the damage, I requested a full refund instead of a replacement. Below is the exact response I received from the "company"

Hi XXX,

We will resend you a new one,or we refund you $15.

This is our final concession.Thanks for your understanding!

Amazing how these people sleep at night knowing they make their living over others misfortune. :(

I would not give them a penny more.

Do Not Buy From This Company

My husband bought a jacket from this company which took them 2 months to deliver. The size was wrong and we immediately contacted them to send us a return label. It took them 2 months to get back to us and then they told us they couldn't do anything for us since they don't take returns after 10 days. Just don't buy from these low life's.

Do Not Buy, Horrible, Cheap, Poor Customer Service, Rip Off

I ordered a sweater and zip up hoodie from the site in Oct 2016 because I saw the items on Pinterest. I assumed it would be reputable. Was I ever wrong!!! I paid almost $100 for both items. Approx. 2.5 months later in Dec I finally received a package from China after contacting customer service and leaving email they stated package was sent. Inside of the package was 1/4 of a sweater. Not kidding. It kind of looked like a scarf but had arms like a sweater with no chest or back. And no zip up hoodie! Contacted customer service again and sent them pics of what I received. Cuts service replied we sent out package again. Approx one month went by and I received another package with a sweater in it and again no hoodie. The sweater was a cheap hideous material that I wouldn't be caught dead in. It resembled the picture that I had seen but I can't even begin to explain the cheapness of the material. I basically gave up

On the sweater and threw it in garbage because that's where it belonged. I again emailed customer service regarding the missing hoodie....no response. I sent two more emails and their response was the package was 2kg and the hoodie and sweater must have arrived together. I again sent photos of the bag and the sweater and no hoodie. They said check post office. Check post office? I received the package it did not have the hoodie in it. I asked for them to credit my account for the hoodie or send me the hoodie. I've asked for this in 3 more emails. No response. I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing. Whatever you do not purchase anything from Firevogue! The products are cheap and the items prob won't arrive anyway! I have written off the money as a lesson learned!

Improper Sizing

Ordered a jacket from Firevogue recently. Package was shipped directly from China which was not mentioned anywhere on their site. This fact that the jacket came directly from overseas would have affected my decision to order from them because of the delays this country is noted for. It took about a month for the package to arrive. Although labelled as an XL it was a small-medium by North American standards. Prior experience with clothing manufactured in China indicates that the sizing is inconsistent. When I contacted them, the customer service response was to ship the jacket back at my expense and for me to absorb a restocking fee. The other option was to buy another product at a 40 percent discount. Given the reviews about this site I don't have much faith in further dealings with them. The comments from other customers leave the impression that a refund might be unlikely given the sites dismal responses to complaints.

Buyers beware and spread the word!

They Take Your $ But You Won't Get Your Product!

I ordered 2 sweatshirts for my sister for Christmas. They charged my credit card but we she never got the order! Of course firevouge says they delivered it but this is false!!! There is not a live person to talk with.....you can only email and there customer service is horrible! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

Does anyone know where I can find a phone number to call this company? I am trying to return clothes and cannot get a response from anyone there. I have emailed them 5 times now and have no access to what they call a ticket center. Thanks for any help.
