I requested via email accurate information about the dimension of the insole of shoes before buying online. Precisely because the molds of footwear from different manufacturers differ. I got an answer from a sales and customer service advisor and based on these measures I ordered the shoes online. When I got the shoes with the wrong number I realized they had given me the wrong measures and I had to return the shoes for a replacement at my own expense wich is 25 pounds.

I contacted them again and they didn’t want to correct their employee’s mistake even though they admitted they were wrong. they just apologized to me. that injustice hurts me because I have a hard time making money for a living. Through email correspondence, I was realized that they were somehow making fun of me and I felt humiliated by them. I lost both time and money because of their mistake and I feel offended by their rejection and ridicule. I will never buy their products again and because the shoes I got were crumpled on the outside of the shoe. Poor quality and very ugly approach to users.

I ordered a fleece as a xmas present, unfortunatly it didn't fit very well and we decided to return it. It was returned within the 30 days as advised on their web page. They refunded me minus p+p and vat because they said i had not returned it within 2 weeks of dispatch.

Now on their website it states that returns are free and they even give you till to end of January to return things because of xmas. Now that is a blatent lie. I am very cross with this company and will never shop with them again.

Staff helpful with good knowledge of products. Prompt reply to queries and problems very quickly sorted. Will DEFINITELY use them again and would not hesitate recommending them. Delivery was quicker than expected which can only be a good thing. Thank you Dickies :)

The clothing at Dickies is of good quality The website has a good range and easy to use.

The only downside is that they use DPD to deliver goods, (though i did not get any issue from the delivery from Dickies,but had major issues from other vendors that use DPD, in every case was an issue with DPD itself and not the vendors)

The Embroidery Service is by far the best service I have had to date, it had taken a little while back and forth to agree the layout with the account manager in regards to the logo etc, and where on the clothing. But then when you finally get your merchadise from Dickies with your Company logo etc on the goods, you then realise why it takes a little while to get all setup. The quality and stitch count is extreamely high along with the attention to detail.

Would reccomend every time, and that the reason why they take a little time, is they want to surpase your expectations and get it right first time.
