I ordered a dress gave them the exact measurements of myself dress is 12inch too long.When I contacted them they said that I must of given them the wrong measurement and after a few email said they would reimburse me approx $10.00 on a $200.00 dress.

The dress even tough it was ordered in a different colour does not look like the dress on the website. Saty away from this company and shop local.

I ordered a dress and jacket from Angel Mall to be custom made and paid for express delivery. The items arrived, not only is it completely the wrong colour in the wrong material, it doesn't fit. The measurements I gave them to make it to are 3 inches different to what was supplied. The seams don't match up, the workmanship is extremely poor and there are parts of the dress caught up in the sewing of a band. There is also a mark on the top of the dress from where there must have put it prior to sewing. I have continually asked for a refund and they are only offering me 15% back - the wont take the dress back and are saying there is nothing wrong with it. This has been going on for weeks and the best they come up with is 15% or they will offer me discount on another outfit !!!! I cant wear the one they sent and despite constant emails they wont budge on refunding me only 15% which will be less than the actual postage cost me let alone the cost of the outfit. DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!

They sent the wrong size and keep asking for more proof when they have all the details. They are not an australian company. They duped my student daughter of money she saved hard for a dress she cannot wear.

I ordered a wedding dress and read reviews after I had ordered, so I was really worried about what I would get. My dress came in under a week and it is absolutely beautiful, it fits perfectly and looks just like the photo that I fell in love with. I am very happy with what I received.

You will get what they want to give you not what you have carefully ordered. Then they will apologise and offer you a 20% discount to keep a dress you cannot wear! Then they will et angry and you get nothing. The Chinese consumer affairs will do nothing to intervene. BE WARNED NOT WORTH THE RISK

My dress was meant to be champagne/tan and came in orange/pink.

I measured myself before ordering. I ordered a size by matching my measurements to theirs. The dress came nearly 20cm bigger I'm the hips, waist and bust.

They are super friendly before you order, but then avoid your questions when they are in the wrong.

They WILL NOT REFUND even when staff promise refunds.

Then they go on to say that the orange/pink I got was the same as the champagne/tan I ordered and that there is nothing wrong with the dress measurements they sent and that I should just go to a tailor to get it taken in.

The quality of the dress was shocking.

I wish I had read all these reviews BEFORE I ordered and lost money.

My Mother ordered a dress from your website, when it arrived it was the wrong size and the wrong colour. She email you and someone said to send a picture to "prove" that it doesn't fit. So she did this. She was then offered 5% of her money back and told if she sends the dress back it might happen to go missing in the post. I then went onto your online chat and asked the operator if I buy a dress and it doesn't fit or if it is the wrong colour, what will happen? can I get a full refund? She said YES! Then I told her the story and I said BY LAW you must give 100% refund for a faulty item!!! She said she will email me today...Also she said if we wanted a good job done on the dress then we should write a letter when we order to say you will want a refund if its not good and then you will make sure you do a better job and use good material!!! WHAT THE??My mother got an email today offering her 10% money back. I now went back onto the live chat and no one will answer me! My mum is not the only person this has happened to, I read on lots of websites online that this happens all the time with this online shop and you have ripped of 100's of people! This makes me sick to my stomach that there is "company's" like this out there doing this to so many people world wide! I will not stop until my mum gets her money back. NOT 5% NOT 10% NOT 50% BUT 100% is all that I will except. This letter will be getting posted everywhere so that no one else can get ripped off by this horrible "online shop". I have also saved the whole conversation I had with the live chat lady "Jelly" was her name. I want a reply ASAP! And I only want to hear that you are sorry for taking advantage of people and that you will refund the money that is rightfully ours!!!

I was excited when I received the parcel. But when I unwrapped it, many diamond embellishments dropped to the floor. The diamonds of the grid pattern were loose and fell off easily, exposing the empty pods that held them. Worse of all, the zipper got stuck at the waist and could not be zipped all the way up no matter how hard I tried. The colour and overall look was very different to the one shown online. It was not wearable to a wedding and I had to find a replacement dress at the last minute.

I emailed angelamall, told them what happened and sent lots of pictures. They did not allow for a return and only said they would refund 5% of the dress cost which worked out to be $7.50. I can't even buy a zipper with that let alone change it! What a terrible experience. I would never buy from this site again and would not recommend it.

Mother of the bride dress, fits like a glove, lace and material exactly as pictured. I can not find any fault. Delivery time was good. I am completely satisfied. Even the different hemline I requested was correct.

It has a boned - lined bodice, all excellent. I am delighted with the dress and would recommend Angela Mall. Will certainly buy more.
